Staff were very friendly and helpful at check in. Welcome drink was nice. Room was neat , spacious and clean, amenities were nice. Shuttle to the downtown area was a plus to avoid parking issues. Beach property well taken care of, umbrellas available for $15 a day (chairs no charge) which we felt was reasonable. Nice bar with good, in addition to a coffee shop. Didn’t visit the restaurant but did order a pizza for our room that was good. Expected to pay a little more for beachfront hotel but to us it was worth it!!

Beautiful Room, air conditioning fantastic. Property beautiful all the amenities top notch..loved the staff everyone was so gracious and kind and accommodating!! We will definitely be back!!!!

Everything was great.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The beach view was beautiful, and the location was perfect for relaxing and walking to nearby restaurants and shops. Breakfast was available, which was convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent staff

Loved the view of the ocean and it felt like your own home except they cleaned up everyday!!! What a nice touch! I wasn’t expecting that! Every single person from the Valet to the front counter personnel to the maintenance people and the housekeepers were all super kind. We will return at some point! I highly recommend the Lido Beach Resort!

Everything was perfect the beach is beautiful everyone is good and very helpful the restaurant is really good too very fancy and tasty just went into a bad weather and couldn’t see that crystal clear water the breakfast was pretty good

Loved Drift bar/restaurant. Tiki bar drinks & food were good overall. Went to Armand’s circle twice and highly recommend it! My son noted the treadmills at the resort ran too fast for reported speed. Beach was good, some seaweed and rocks near the water. Overall, great stay!

Resort was pretty and well maintained. Our room had a noisy fridge/freezer, running toilet, loud AC and the WiFi was sometimes difficult to connect to. The staff was great and overall the stay was good.

Evening service & hospitality was unexpected and appreciated.

Lido Beach resort was everything. The staff and people was so nice and very helpful. I definitely recommend this place for vacation

Fui por un fin de semana, lugar muy tranquilo con piscina independiente para Adultos, playa limpia y personal muy amable .

Todo excelente pero quisiera hacer énfasis en el área de la piscina ,deben de poner luces, en la noche no sé ve nada es un área bastante concurrida y por seguridad debe de estar alumbrado.

It was a great experience, no complaints on my end.

The hotel, services, and staff were excellent. Unfortunately, the beach was not good due to Storm Bertha, which brought rough surf, but this was not the hotel's fault.
