The hotel photographs better than reality. It looks tired and we need to let it sleep. Does have nice pools and the area around the pool is comforting. The front desk person was short and clipped with not only us but their supervisor. there is a restaurant and Tiki bar on site, don't understand why they would close at 8pm on a holiday weekend. As rude as the front staff was the wait staff at the restaurant (Marlene) was very friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job. Our room smelled of pot, think it came in from the air vents. the carpet was damp, my guess humidity. the water pressure was very low, needed a cup to rinse shampoo out of my hair. carpet on stairs was taped together, lots of areas showing rust and need replaced or updated.
