Get everything from the check in desk when you get there (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, water ,towels etc...) we got there early, our room was ready, but had to wait 2hrs for the manager to give the ok.

Close to all the shops,bars and restaurants.

The location was perfect for walking to the village as well as the beach.

Great location to beach, town, restaurants, pools, and free parking Nothing!

What I did not like were the lies on Expedia regarding the supposed “Resort”. It is FAR from a resort! The pool and hot tub which was my only eason for staying here over other places were only for 2 br rooms. We were put across a main road and down the block w a very small pool and no sun after 4 pm. There were steep stairs w NO night light (I have very bad back pain) I asked to leave the following day via Expedia AND this place and they never got back to me. I was working…. During the first eve my windshield was busted down the middle. I feel this place is not marketed in real time. Of course I was told it is expedias fault. Ummm. Pretty sure the owner or manager of said property could do better vs scamming people! Literally not even a microwave to reheat food! I’ve stayed in motels or inns in my life for way less than $200 per nt that had more amenities. I was told by the really nice girls up front it would be $143 MORE for that. Lol, no! Very disappointed. You are also not just a few feet from the beach! Having herniated disc and buglers w stenosis and other back issues, this shouldn’t have been candy coated. Unfair and greed based imo. Hopefully they at least fix the outside light it is dark and could be dangerous for someone! Smh we were told it was fixed but it was not btw. *maintenance people should respect your property vs slamming gates while ppl r relaxing.

I was never so disappointed with staff not knowing there job and not helpful telling where food was and my room wasn't right and was out in rental down side road not what I booked was told ocean view when booking get there and they say they don't have view rooms I stayed for ocean view or would have never booked with you all my travels this was worst and will never come back to Siesta Keys again this was awful way to start my vacation and Birthday trip

Pictures r deceiving because it looks like your right on the beach but your not and that’s what I wanted still had to drive but not far. Walking distance to shops and restaurants and a grocery store. It said complimentary water which I thought would be in your room but you have to go to check in desk to get it and the ice machine is not by your place and it was broken but they gave you a bag of ice to makeup for it. My room was very nice modern and clean bed very comfortable. I thought from pictures I’d have a kitchen but I had a very small fridge.

Clean spacious room , great toiletries , Italian cofee was amazing , beach was very close , siesta key village super close .loved it here and definitely coming back !!

The property looks like it’s from an episode of Three’s Company, which is great! Pool area is nice. Our room was recently renovated. May be some lackluster renovation quality going on there, but that isn’t the fault of the property owner. They try to make up in other areas. I think the house keeping staff needs to be more responsive, but they are probably overworked. Overall a good place. You can do a lot worse. The location is excellent. They probably get things right the majority of the time. I give it 3 stars, which is much better than the average. I would stay here again.
