Siesta Key Beach Resort and Suites

5/5 just now on Google My family and I just returned from our 4th of July weekend stay at this resort, and we had a wonderful time! The only downside was the parking. It can be a bit confusing and overwhelming, especially if you have a large truck like we do. Finding a parking spot was challenging, but we eventually found one close to our room. The room was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for our five-day stay. The location is absolutely amazing! You can easily walk to restaurants, the marketplace, shops, and the beautiful beach, which is right across the street from the resort. Overall, we had a fantastic weekend and truly enjoyed our stay. Location! Location! Location! The room was a little smaller than we had anticpated but the location just off the beach and so close to the village was amazing! The staff was so helpful and friendly. The amenities were amazing with the complimentary beach equipment, laundry facilities, ice and water. I'm glad our room was near the pool and NOT near the Tiki Lounge. The key pads on the door were a nice feature, but it was hard to hold the the key pad cover up when your hands were full. The bed was comfortable and clean super soft towels every day were a nice touch too! We willl be back!

We had a 2 bedroom unit which appeared to be a full kitchen from the pictures. It was not. There was a fridge/ microwave/ a hot plate that took us a while to figure out. Other complaints it there were no locks on the bedroom doors or the bathrooms.

A very nice and spacious condo. The staff was friendly and helpful. We received clean towels daily. The pool area is relaxing. The only negative is the ice machine is across the street. Not very convenient at all.

We arrived on a Thursday night and there was no one available to check us in, leaving us trying to figure everything out late at night with a small child. The room wasn't ready—the ceiling fan remote was missing, so we couldn't use the fan. Since the rooms only have window A/C units, we ended up sleeping hot our first night. The biggest issue is parking. This property has a large public bar that gets packed, and the hotel has no control over who parks in the lot. There is no system to distinguish hotel guests from bar patrons or the general public, so paying guests are left competing for spaces. I spoke with Kayla the first night, but nothing was resolved, and I was essentially told to figure it out myself around 11:00 PM. The second day was even worse. Again, there was no parking, and we learned locals regularly use this lot because the hotel hasn't implemented an organized parking system. To make matters worse, our room was never cleaned during our stay. We were forced to park far away, making it impossible to unload our child's toys, wagon, and beach gear without carrying everything a long distance. I believe the staff would benefit from additional customer service training on how to handle frustrated guests. When guests are dealing with issues like these, they should be met with empathy and solutions. I genuinely wanted to enjoy this property!

Restaurant on site. They had beach chairs and a cooler in the room. All beds were super comfortable. Keurig and creamer pods in the room as well as unlimited water bottles. Great service. Also closest hotel to the beach. Beach access was incredible and the beach was stunning.

Quiet and clean

Loved the experience! Though the unit was small, it was so cute and had everything we needed. I highly recommend Siesta Key Beach and hotel to any and all.

The shower had excellent pressure & was large. The pool was nice. The staff in the office & at the Tiki bar were very friendly & helpful. We loved how close we were to the beach, the restaurants & siesta key village. We will be back !!

I would definitely stay here again! Very clean and nice rooms. Walking distance to the Village. The staff was very helpful. The beach was amazing and only had to walk maybe a block to the beach.

This resort was excellent for us. We are retired seniors and the staff was very courteous and helpful. the room was clean and very nice. The minute walk to the beach was just about right (took us longer but we are somewhat handicapped). I would recommend this resort to anyone (families, seniors, etc.) without hesitation.
