The room was very nice and the shower was great. Where do I start? I stayed 2 weekends in a row - Fri. through Sunday. The first weekend I was charged for parking in the parking garage because they didn't tell me about getting my ticket stamped and my credit card was charged the full $36. The next weekend the staff was absolutely horrible!!! When I checked in on Friday my room wasn't ready, then they had me under the wrong name and said my credit card was no good for the room when I had already paid in advance through booking.com. The girl at the desk, I think her name was Casey was extremely rude, nasty and sarcastic treating me like I didn't have enough money to stay there. I had to have the person who booked the room for me call her and speak with her before she straightened the whole problem out. This made me late for 4:00 meeting that I had to be at. I will never stay there again unless there is no other option the staff was awful the second weekend. This same girl was on the Saturday of the first weekend I was there and she acted the same way then but I tried to overlook it. Only one person, a gentleman at the front desk the night of August 21, 2026 was kind, helpful and extremely nice. Terrible! The staff needs some people training. Paid way too much money for an experience like this especially because I was a repeat client two weekends in a row.

The hotel is dated and needs to be updated. Tonight I stayed there the parking garage was closed, I had to go park in another garage and the elevator was broken I had to lug my heavy travel case down four stories of a parking garage which is 8 flights of stairs. I chose this location because of the hot tub and of course it was out of order. I would not stay at this location again

I wish that the hotel had reached out to us in advance to tell us that their parking garage was closed and the parking garage across the street had a broken elevator! My partner has some difficulties walking and had to walk down three flights of stairs to get to the hotel!

HOT TUB NOT IN SERVICE. After driving all day, we had booked this hotel for the location and because we needed a hot tub. The staff at the front desk informed us that the hot tub had not been in service since she started working there several years ago

Parking was across the street in a parking deck. I had to park on the third level and did not have access to a working elevator. Fortunately, I was able to navigate the stairs, other guests may not have that experience.

Nice city center hotel very close to the town square and some walkable food options but many are not open at the weekends. There is no access from the parking lot to the hotel they are separate but next to one another so make sure you unload then park. Parking is free for guests with validation. Rooms are nice, comfy beds and quiet at least when we were there.

The location and amenities in a structure that features its history. The staff were efficient, courteous and friendly. The parking was right next door, seemingly attached, but not. The elevators in the parking structure were somewhat malfunctioning as the down buttons didn’t work.

Room was not clean and very dated. More like a motel than a hilton hotel. Breakfast was decent and staff at breakfast were nice. This was a stop over night only for us, but truly no real reason to stay here in my opinion

Bed was comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Parking to unload was absolutely impossible. Had to park in a parking garage and carry everything through it to get to the hotel.

Upon arrival, the staff was very pleasant, Our room was very clean and modern. We used both the gym and the swimming pool. Both were very much enjoyed.. I was impressed with the entire hotel itself and would definitely stay there again!
