Property was nice, great location. Staff was very helpful with dinner recommendation and late check out. Breakfast options however really a bummer. I would have paid for a waffle or eggs/bacon station like many hotels have especially since we were up at 6:45am and had to be somewhere at 7:30. Starbucks was nice to have there though.

Bar and restaurant were fine. Car parking next door was ok. Breakfast was nice. Rooms a little dated. Shower not great. Being charged for breakfast when it was already included (on-going recovery at time of writing).
-
The location is exceptional for walking around downtown and visiting restaurants. The breakfast buffet at the hotel has a variety of choices of fresh food. The hotel is showing its age in a few places like the carpeting in the guest rooms.

We stay here when we go to Lafesta. Always a great visit and the coffee is AMAZING from the Rise and Shine Cafe in the hotel.

Staff were friendly, breakfast was good, location nice for walking around town Air conditioning was not working, walked to front desk because our in room phone was also not working. Front desk said they would send facility person but no one ever came. Beds were uncomfortable- mattresses hard and sheets rough Hot tub was broken - one of the main reasons we chose this hotel
