Easy check in, friendly staff, good location

Room was not clean and very dated. More like a motel than a hilton hotel. Breakfast was decent and staff at breakfast were nice. This was a stop over night only for us, but truly no real reason to stay here in my opinion

Upon arrival, the staff was very pleasant, Our room was very clean and modern. We used both the gym and the swimming pool. Both were very much enjoyed.. I was impressed with the entire hotel itself and would definitely stay there again!

My room was clean and the bed comfortable, but the room chair was hard to get at, and my table lamp did not initially work. It was later fixed the next morning. I did get a good sleep, and the soft water was great.

Elevators were beat up and dingy Restaurants and bars were very good Food was good Restaurant staff was great

The staff are super friendly. the rooms are older style but super clean. this is a conference centre so super busy. it has food and a starbucks. the only caveat is the self parking is separate entrance but our car was safe. Scranton is generally safe for all. we love our stay and the bellman deserves a gold medal for dragging a tonne of luggage to our room in one haul and did not complain at all!

My kids loved the pool and the rooms were nice. It’s not a 5 star hotel but it did the job and we were happy for one night there. Thanks!

Parking for check in was insane. Privileged people don’t care about anything, if you don’t want to be overwhelmed with them STAY AWAY.

The room wasn’t the cleanest; found hairs on the bed and the bathroom is outdated and has old moldy caulk. I was expecting much more at this Hilton. Also, the parking is next door in a multi-story garage with poor lighting which didn’t feel very safe although it was.

Nothing about the facility. There was no water the entire weekend. OSHA should have been called in. I expect a refund or partial refund to say the least. The only thing I liked was being with the people who were also there for our convention. Lots....

It was not a nice place which is unfortunate because of its great name. Staff were overall good but some of them had an unpleasant attitude.

The stay was short, but all worked out. No issues, etc.

Room was dirty hair on bathroom floor and tub area. Refrigerator was plugged in but not working. Bar area had food all over the floor and flat bread pizza wasn’t good
