The room was great! The pool was nice, and they were extremely welcoming to my dog. Also, they offer free parking in the parking garage across the street.

location shower was clogged, TV did not work properly

Unfortunately the spa wasn’t

Easy to get to, nice area to unload bags etc. Parking is right next door also a nice facility. Check-in very quick Room was clean, and bed was comfortable also very spacious - plenty of room to setup our train :) Lamont was especially helpful with any questions we had. We were there for Big Boy event at Steamtown, hotel was so convenient, we were able to walk everywhere (arrived Friday didn’t move car until we left on Monday) Great area for walking around. Highly recommend!!

The Hotel and room were very clean. I just wished we were able to actually SLEEP!

The location was close to our events and had a lot of stores/restaurants that were walking distance. Felt like the hotel was short staffed. Never saw an employee at the Starbucks to order something. The restaurant had two employees only and wait was long.

Beautiful hotel, view sucked, we had a view of the roof AC. Beautiful room, clean. Loved it was close to Steamtown to see the historic trip of the #4014 Big boy train engine. We are closer to Philadelphia but knew the crowds and traffic there would be crazy. Went to use the pool and spa pool twice. First time the spa was closed, the pool was cold and there were no towels. We decided to stay another day because of the train. We told the front desk about the pool, spa and towels. When we came back for the day, the spa was open, no jets and a terrible looking film on top. The pool was still not very warm, but there were towels. I decided not to go in either.

Could not check in till after 3. So we weren’t able to put our luggage in our room and freshen up. Although later they offered a room to change and leave our bags. But we were running late at that time and declined. When we finally got in the room after 1 am the sink was not draining because the plunger was stuck down. We had 4 people in the room and only 2 bath towels. Not to mention $16 for parking is ridiculous since we were literally in the room for less than 7 hours .

Room wasn’t ready at 530

Good location.old but kept extremely nice

Staff was very helpful. Facilities were very clean. Parking was convenient. On-site pub was great!

The hot tub was dirty and jets were not working. They had broken floor tiles. The room was clean.

We arrived an hour early for check in and asked if by any chance our room was ready, front staff was polite and said it was not but will be at 3. Thought it was worth asking since we drove 3 hours and had plans at 3, no big deal. We went on with our ok d and came after 4 and went to check in, room was still not ready and they wanted to downgrade us to a room that was. I said no, we will stand here and wait. Then when checking in for the first room, I was not asked for id or anything except to lay the hold fee. But when Che king into the second room 20 minutes later I was had to go through the whole thing (id, questions and the hold fee). Just seemed off putting since I just checked in. Then the room was ok, shower was horrible. The ac in one room didn’t work right and had a flashing lighting white light from the smoke detector going off all night long. We booked this trim because it was central to our plans but it was defiantly not worth the price. I get being busy and all but when in customer service you don’t let that show to your customers.

There wasn't a single flaw at this hotel. Everything was excellent.
-
Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast with friendly service. Friendly room maintenance. Parking is a little awkward. Their best room is the King Suite as far as I can tell, but it suffered from lack of windows in the second room.
-
Location was great Some rooms need updating, and the hot tub did not work
