The woman at the front desk was very helpful however the cleaning staff I'd say otherwise! We didn't require full housekeeping services but even though there were 4 of us and were only given 2 towels when we asked for more we were given hand towels and washcloths!!!

It was nit check out tine yet and the housekeeping staff tried to walk into my room.

I had a charming conversation when I checked in late at night with the hotel staff. She told me there was no more parking, and I had to park across the street. Not very far. We had a nice chat and I said that was perfectly fine. I was not that fussy. In the morning, I went for the breakfast and it was already closed, at 9:00 on a SATURDAY. Ok, My bad. I didn’t look it up. I am not expecting them to make me eggs after closing. But I asked if there was anything at all left, and told “everything was thrown out.” This was about 9:02. No packaged muffins or fruit left in the back room for the next day? Hard to believe. I am not talking 9:15. This was 9:02. Surely the (same)staff member had some discretion to get me an apple or banana. It was not an unreasonable ask. I am a sweet, little old lady. Not a demanding jerk. They had the ability to be a day-maker and was a day-spoiler over a $1 apple. Later that day, at a restaurant I asked if there was a senior-sized dessert option. The staff made me one and didn’t even charge me for it. I mean, I can afford a full dessert, but I can’t finish it and was traveling. THAT company understood customer service. I paid an extra $24 for a “free breakfast” when choosing this hotel over the competitor. They could have thrown me an apple.

Smelled like smoke in our room, hallway and elevator. It was really strong. Had to request more towels. Double queen bed room for 4 only 2 towels? Smoke detector missing from room!!

The room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. The pool had to be cleaned prior to getting in by maintenance. The breakfast was horrible. Staff acted as they didn’t care about the cleanliness or quality of the food and area.

Room & bathroom clean. Staff helpful even though two chamber maids quit the day we checked in. AC worked well. Outside pool was crystal clear and delightful. Our CHIEF COMPLAINT was the stench of stale cigarette smoke throughout the second floor corridor and public areas. Patently repulsive and would likely prevent our rrturn.

Very very bad. It is nicotine hotel and smells like nicotine every where. Don’t come here and waste of money.

I didnt realize there were still hotels that allowed you to smoke in the rooms! The second floor REEKS of smoke. Thankfully it wasn't inside the room as well. The bed was hard. There were ashes and some sort of residue left in the bathroom. This is the epitome of "you get what you pay for"! Would not stay again!

Despite the room being very clean and eye pleasing, we did see 2 roaches in our room. Breakfast was lacking, having run out of the 2 hot foods before 830. There was no bench or outside seating for a smoker.
