The number of guests overall made the stay less comfortable than it would have otherwise - not sure why the hotel seemed to attract rude guests - certainly not their fault. One issue unique to my 3rd-floor room overlooking the pool area was the chlorine from the spa every evening from 8-10PM in full-use, released gas (bubbles from the spa) directly into my external AC unit - two nights it was so bad, I needed to open my door into the hallway to let it dissipate - caused burning eyes and hard to breathe - ugh

I got there 5 minutes before 4:00 pm and the front desk was saying I’m 5 minutes early but changed her mind and said my room was ready, breakfast is good

Very large 2 queen bed room. Comfortable and quiet. We were faced away from the freeway and could hear no freeway noise.

Great place to stay!!! When we arrived we were greeted by your very helpful staff lavett?? I hope I spelled her name correct? She helped us out with the perfect room for the kids . They were close to the pool. Breakfast was great as well. We would stay again.

Multiple car chargers were a nice add, and the breakfast facility was very nice. Super convenient to the freeway, but not noisy at all. Front desk staff was SUPER friendly and helpful!

Hotel located next to the freeway, be prepare to be asked additional $20 for upgrade to get room on other side of the freeway. The side door out to the parking lot wasn’t closed completely, you have to pulled it close after every use. Breakfast is basic.

It would be nice if cars that are NOT charging did not park in the charging parking spaces so those who need to charge can charge. If the hotel monitored this, it would be helpful.
