It would be nice if cars that are NOT charging did not park in the charging parking spaces so those who need to charge can charge. If the hotel monitored this, it would be helpful.

A quick overnight stay but a great one! Beds were clean and comfortable; staff was exceptionally kind and overall stay was lovely. Highly recommend!!!

The hotel was clean and nice aesthetics. The staff was nice and the breakfast was even good for Continental. I would stay here again. The location is PERFECT. Shops were literally in walking distance.

I enjoyed the tremendous customer service I received during my stay. From the warm greetings and friendly smiles to the helpful housekeeping service, the Ayers staff made me feel welcome and well cared for throughout my visit. The hotel grounds were clean and inviting, and I especially appreciated how fresh and pleasant everything smelled inside. Nothing.

The room was clean and really nice, the cleaning staff were nice as well and helpful they help me with directions to find my room. They made my experience way better. And the beds were comfortable to. I called the day of my booking to see if I can get my room early and they told me i could that my room should be ready around one. So I came around 1:30 and the hotlel reception was no help and was rude about have me wanting my room early. I ended up waiting until 4 than I went to check in and they didn't give me directions or what floor my room was on when i asked the lady just said where my room is facing.

Everything was great and kept up at the hotel, Long Beach hotels were sold out so stayed here before our cruise and would do it again, nice area.
