Facilities and amenities Not easy to get to seal beach unless you drive. A shuttle service would attract more people

we stayed on the 3rd floor. extensive thumping noticed about 0730-0745 pm it was from the room above. Two calls to the front desk needed for them to contact the people to stop after 940 pm.

Coffee available all day. Great breakfast options. Free wifi only available to Honors members.

My stay couldn’t be more perfect. It was me my granddaughter her dad and our pup. The room was surprisingly clean for a pet friendly room. Breakfast was perfect just one less thing to worry about. We were a quick drive to every thing. Spent a day at Huntington Beach. A day at the piers in shorepoint and the aquarium and we explored the queen mary. Spent another day at the dog beach and our pup had a blast meeting and playing with other pups.

Easy to use as a home base. Air conditioning worked really well.

Everything went wonderful from check in to check out. Will definitely return again.

Only issue(not really there fault) elevators were down for a whole day. But they quickly got one to work.

- had a room on the 4th floor, the only elevator broke. - bed was creaking but was repaired. - hoax flyers were placed in front of the door stating there would be all day complimentary breakfast for 4th of July.

The hotel was clean as usual and the location was good. The staff was friendly and tried to help where they could. They did end up comping me one night for the inconveniences. The elevator kept breaking, the Internet was out the first night and all the next day and evening, which was hard with 3 kids and no T.V. and not being able to use their tablet. Also, the water was turned off for five hours. That was tough with no bathroom for that long. We had to take the stairs 3 flights to use a rest room during that time.

There was hair on fold out bed , water was brown when turned on. On the last day, several cleaners knocked on door before our check out and one opened door twice when sign was on door to not disturb. I don't want to feel I'm being rushed out of the room on check out day before our 12 pm time.

We were greeted each time we went in/out of the hotel. We felt safe, great breakfast, with fresh fruit daily and lots of choices. The rooms were extremely clean and the pool was excellent!! Location had plenty of parking as well. I would highly recommend this place to stay!
