The coffee machine and TV didn’t work! I should get partial refund.

Room was mostly clean. The tub was clogged

Great accommodation. Clean room and plenty of parking. The motel was situated close to public transport.

Had a mishap with my first room however once brought up to the staff they were more than happy to accommodate me! Amazingly helpful and understanding staff. I needed AAA batteries after I made an incorrect purchase and they were so helpful! Quiet and clean. Daily housekeeping! Free breakfast! Checked out and forgot one item, they called me to ensure safe return/ pickup.

Rooms were clean. It was quiet and locking the gates to the parking lot after dark made me feel.safe having our vehicle parked out front. Over all I would return with our family again to see the zoo

I picked this location because it was the inexpensive compared to anything in downtown Seattle. I just needed a place to lay my head after a concert at El Corazon, not wanting to drive back to British Columbia the same night. The room was spacious - couch and television, plus fridge, etc. I could tell they were behind in their deep cleaning of the bathrooms, or, had given up trying to remove the DEEP stains and grime. Either way, didn't bother me but may bother others. I still give it 5 out of 5 thumbs up, based on price. The parking lot was safe -- it is gated. I didn't know why it needed to be gated until the next morning when I drove down a wrong street and found this was a rough area. But, again, I had no idea about that from staying at this place. It's hard to find anywhere worth staying for this price point anymore. Would recommend for almost any situation.

ROOMS ARE CLEAN AND SPACIOUS

Room was ok.Fairly quiet though smelled like old cooked oily food in room & hallways. Pillows very hard and mostly flat. Secured parking great. Contl breakfast good. All-in-all ok for value.

Everything was good

Room smells horrible from very strong cleaning products. Poor quality sheets and towels. I got sick from it. Smelly shower curtain. “Breakfast” hay has anything to eat.

Only complaint would be noise from outside one night, but that's circumstantial.

It was a pretty sketchy area! My wife was actually upset with me when we got there and said, “Great! What a lovely place for you to bring the kids to” literally as some homeless people were fighting across the street and there were hookers walking around. The breakfast, if you want to call it that, was pretty whack.

Clean and simple as expected - front desk were kind and helped with check in when I arrived late night.

Room was clean and smelled nice. Area was a little sketchy. Good value .

fyi. if you are spending more than one night, you have to request they clean the room and “leave more than I towel” you can do better for the price or downgrade for less
