As soon as we arrived we noticed it was very loud all the time, outside noises. The bed sheets were stained, not cleaned. All the towels and sheets were disgusting. There were unknown mystery stains everywhere and bedbugs, on all the towels there were random hairs which gives me a reason to say they were poorly washed. There was also a weird smell when we walked in.

Great stay! Attended a few MLB games and the convenience in location to the sound link light rail (10 min walk) was amazing!! Definitely beats driving downtown and getting completely stuck in traffic!

This was a great two night stay in the Northgate area - busy property but the front desk staff was friendly and handled all efficiently. Appreciated the advance and during stay communication from the Front Office Manager. While probably automated it is still a nice service touchpoint that is underutilized by most hotels.

This is a late 1950's / early 60's Hotel/Motel. It has been somewhat updated/renovated. It is quirky place that is interesting but has rough edges because of the basic structure of the building. The staff was very helpful and pleasant, we had no issues with them. When we arrived, the toilet in our room was running constantly. That was fixed quickly enough but you have to wonder why the cleaning staff didn't report it. Breakfast is a "sack breakfast" you select from a limited menu. Not terrible, but not what you would expect. The building renovations made navigating around the property interesting. As I said quirky. Not a place we are likely to return to.

The reception staff were not helpful at all. During check-in, no one explained how to get to my room, which made it difficult to find. The check-out process was also unhelpful and lacked professionalism. Overall, I had a very disappointing experience with the reception staff.

People please on the lookout. This Nexus scam you big time. They advertise free breakfast and swimming pool. Turn out, swimming pool was closed all 5 days that we stayed and they charged us $127 for breakfast on top of hotel fee and parking free. TOTALLY A SCAM. You guys are the worse hotel experience that we have!
