Convenient location about 15-20 min walk from the light rail station. Very basic hotel/motel, no frills but room was decently clean. You get what you pay for!

Condition is poor

Greeted with kindness at front desk. Good customer service and helpfulness. Our room was very neat, clean, and organized. The beds were mercilessly uncomfortable and should be replaced methinks (room 210). It would be outstanding to continue to allow guests to complete a breakfast order form so you can bag up meals, but skip charging for them. I’d would stay here again!

Charged an unexpected $10/night to park and $25/night for having a pet. Bed was lumpy, shower barely dripped water. Housekeeping had to be requested to tidy up the room. When did hotels start that? Front desk staff was the only positive.

Very clean, spacious, staff was very attention and great service! Love the complimentary coffee, open lobby and space!

The staff were super friendly and helpful but sadly the hotel is rundown. My room had a very strong and weird smell to it and bottom of the tub had permanent stain in it. Also, the floors were kinda sticky, and you could see the footprints.

Bad

It's simply an affordable place. Facilities are old and don't seem to be well maintained. If you need a quick place to sleep, it would be.
-
The building is quite aged looking. The room is ok, but smells a little stale.

It’s very clean.

The location was fine and I appreciated that they offered suites. The staff was accommodating. The hotel was in need to a bit of love. They had refreshed some areas, but most elements were a bit rough and worn. The place felt a little unsecured.
-
The queen suite was clean, large and comfortable, and with the kitchenette that had everything needed. Beds were very comfortable. We had a great stay. Good value for a place in Seattle for sure! The hotel is listed as "pet-friendly". However, when I reached out to the property, I was told that the dogs need to be under 35lbs. Just something to be aware of, as in my experience booking places advertised as pet-friendly there is typically no dog size limit.

Good location and convenient to public transportation.
-
The staff was great the rooms where older but still all right just had a bunch of people yelling and fighting in a room beside us or outside which our family did not get any sleep but not the hotels fault

I was overcharged for the room by 3× the rate and I didn't get the money returned to my account for over two weeks plus. The room itself was not very clean. The tub has dirt rings around the edges of the tub liner and the knobs were disgusting. The floor had hairs on it from previous guests or something else. The blankets and pillows were not very clean. The previous night I had booked and cancelled my stay but was charged for a full night's stay. No questions asked and none granted as to why.
