Staff helpful and property clean.

Newer hotel on the light rail. Terrific rooms, Bkst was great, 5 stars

We enjoyed our stay even if it was just one night the staff and location were great! The only thing that would have been nice was room service or a bar in the hotel but we survived without them and really enjoyed our room and the hotel all around. Thank you!

Very clean, new property… Staff was pleasant. The noise from the light rail. Should have realized when ear plugs were provided. If you are a light sleeper, ask for a room on the opposite side.

Wonderful place, especially for sports oriented people. It is a 20-30 min Uber or Lyft ride to downtown. Was still worth it for me

This was a great place to stay

The location is great, the reception staff are genuinely helpful, and the style and atmosphere inside the hotel are very pleasant There were no fresh vegetables or green options at breakfast, and on the first day the water and juice machine wasn’t working

Friendly staff, comfy rooms

The rooms facing the freeway are very loud! Almost impossible to sleep due to train noise. But very clean property with very polite staff.

It was in the right location for where we needed to be . Staff were helpful and very nice Did not think this was good value for money. There was nothing in the room to tell you times of breakfast . No one came in to service the room. Breakfast was nothing special

Exceptional

The room was very spacious and clean. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Very close to shopping, dining and the light rail station.

Pleasant

My stay was AMAZING! The staff was very courteous and helpful.. the full breakfast every morning was delicious ... the pool was also great, along with the fire pit in the outside patio area. We will definitely stay here when we are back in Seattle!

While the hotel is right next to the light rail, it is pretty quiet.

Place was clean, front desk was helpful. Morning breakfast was good. Overall good. However, I spent 4 night there and never did the housekeepers change my towel, vacuum the room, provide new clean towels or replace the toilet paper or Kleenex. I had to go looking for toilet paper and towels on my own. I don’t expect much, I think at least one tidy up day would have been nice.

The only gripe i have is $30 a night for parking after paying nearly $700 for 2 nights is really outrageous, especially since off property it's $15 a night.
