There was a significant amount of dirt on the floor. But more importantly, we were placed on the ‘train’ side of the hotel despite paying over 450.00/night. They provide ear plugs but the room shakes. Request the non-train side when you book.

The pool was a big hit with our little one, and we appreciated how easy it was to get around from this location. The light rail station is just a short walk away, making trips into downtown Seattle simple, and it’s also conveniently close to the highway if you’re driving. The complimentary breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of options each morning, making it easy to get everyone fed before heading out for the day. There are several places within walking distance, including playgrounds, Barnes & Noble, and Target, which was really convenient. The only downside is that there aren’t many restaurant options you can easily walk to, although there are plenty of choices within a short drive. Overall, we’d definitely stay here again, especially for a family trip.

Staff were amazing! They have a little marker with snacks and frozen meals to buy. Nice size pool with many chairs in the pool deck. Nice workout space too. Room was large, comfortable. My only complaint is that it was a shower only, no tub. Can make traveling with small children a bit harder. Great location, walkable to target and many restaurants, as well as a cinema. Parking is paid nightly in the garage across the way, and can be paid for at the front desk for convenience.

One of the fanciest hotels I have ever stayed in. The room felt more like a condo or an apartment than a hotel. Staff were friendly. The room was clean. Great location, it was close to Seattle. 10/10 would recommend and would come back.

The property was very clean, the room was spacious and included a kitchenette and small closet. The staff was kind and welcoming. This was one of my favorite stays. You have to pay $30 for parking which was not advertised during booking. Breakfast hours are very short.

The location is ideal for going around, only 12mins away from Pike Place if there's no traffic! Amenities are also great for us, specially their complimentary breakfast and the pool. The Kitchenette in our room is super helpful. We were able to bring some snacks and easy to cook recipes. Overall, we loved staying here with the help of friendly staff and clean space. Only downside is you could actively hear the rail BUT they do provide earplugs and you could easily block it out with music through the TV (which you can also use the speaker through Bluetooth with your phone)

The staff have been amazing since I walked in the door... my mother and I had never been here before and we live in Florida... easy check in and got us checked in earlier than our reservation time as we just got off a cruise ship and tired from our travels... blown away from the room views and customer service... was even given a map to walking distance restaurants
