But, bed was comfortable and the hotel wasn’t too loud.

clean my total amount for 2 nights was about $496 ONLY. , they deduct multiple times on my card and the total amount they took out on my credit card was $1,668.69 for 2 night. ? is really ridiculous I contacted the manager and staff multiple times. I had to drive to Nevada right away and they said the managers are not there on the weekends I waited for the call nobody had reach out to me. The general manager never called. be careful people on this courtyard place they will deduct so many times on your credit card.

Overall great experience and room was palatial..

What was unique is there was no pool. Long wait times for elevator. Parking structure was very low as we almost had an accident with a truck tiring the bin in the structure. However, staff was nice!

Convenient location, very nice and helpful staff, nice to have bar and bistro there. Only suggestion would be to clean stained entry concrete. Looks dirty and not very inviting.

A nice hotel and location, an easy drive to downtown and the parking is cheaper there than a lot of other options in Seattle. Check in was easy, and the food at the bistro was great, though spendy. We enjoyed the power amenities the room offered, and how it was set up. Weirdly, the cable guide was completely wrong. It was on the TV, but what was listed was never what was actually on. This is a pay-for-what-you-want hotel, so there was an extra charge for almost everything (parking, upgraded wi-fi, no included meals, etc.), but it was a nice place to stay.

The beds were great! It’s was nice and easy to get out of. I don’t like that you have to pay for parking separately and it’s not included in the stay and breakfast also. That would have been nice.

It was clean and well kept. The parking was OK, but a little quirky. I’m never happy with having to pay for parking.

The overall feel of the hotel was nice. We paid for a room with a king and a single pull out bed. The single bed had zero bedding or pillows. We called and asked for some and they brought a queen size duvet with no cover and three pillow cases (they said they were sheets) that had a hair ball wound in them. We still didn’t get sheets or pillows. Thankfully we brought a pillow for our child just in case.

Overall, I had a good stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist whenever I needed anything. The room was comfortable and the location was convenient. The only downside was that the bed sheets were not as clean as I expected and had a few stains. Other than that, everything else was great. I would still consider staying here again.
