The best feature of this hotel was the suites aspect and price. It was the best price for essentially a two bedroom, one bath apartment. It was perfect for our group of 5 for a one night stay. Beds were comfortable. Full kitchen. TV with streaming login options in every room. The coffee machine in the lobby was nice treat. We didn’t have time for the breakfast but it was an added value option for a family. The toiletries were plenty and smelled great (citrus). I did not see anything obviously unsanitary or any insects or mold. My only negative observation is smells. The lobby smelled like a strange chemical like a dentist office (maybe a cleaning product or maybe old mop water?). The room had a strange musty smell as well which we got used to but I wouldn’t want to have to breathe whatever that was for long. If I owned the hotel, I’d remove all the carpet & any soft surfaces and hire a company to deep clean everything from ceiling to floors. I’d also have a mold inspection done in case that smell is microbial growth. That said, if looking for a great price on big room for a group, this hotel fits the need. Other options in the area of this capacity were three times higher in price which was a deciding factor in choosing thus one. Free drinks at the owner restaurant was an unexpected bonus.

Lack of staff hurt housekeeping requests

The breakfast staff was awsome.

The room was very clean, and comfortable. The staff were very nice, especially the night shift. Very friendly and professional. Wonderful personality! I wish I could remember his name. Very nice stay. Thank you!!

The rooms were incredibly humid. We were first assigned one room and will be entered. The room was not made up, but that room was also hot and humid. We were instantly given a different room, but that room was also humid despite the air conditioner being off. It felt like the sheets were wet with condensation. It was already too late to make any changes and we were only spending a night, but we will not be staying at that hotel when we return to Sebastian. It’s a shame because the staff or I should say the front lady was super friendly and the hotel is clean just not woman maintained.

Comfortable and clean, spacious room. The included breakfast was good, fresh. Would stay here again, easy access right off of US 1.

The room cleaning was horrible; I washed my hair, and when I went to use the hairdryer, it was absolutely filthy—they really ought to replace it. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all.

Todo estaba super limpio i la gente bn amable

Everything was great but our room had a musky smell to it. Leaving the AC on 68 made the smell better.

We have stayed at this Best Western many times and will continue to stay here in the future. The breakfast is normally very good but this time it was subpar. Not a deal breaker but disappointing non the less.
-
Honestly - we checked out breakfast the next 2 days - but it just didn't seem as good as before - so we grabbed coffee and looked elsewhere - then on Monday the Person running breakfast ended up locked in the bathroom????? Maybe just a Holiday weekend thing.

One of the best deals in the area. Walk to Capt Hiram’s and stay in a clean and comfortable room. I’ve stayed there four times in the past year or so. Great staff every time.

Friendly check in. Rooms excellent with plenty of towels. Dined at Captain Hiram’s Blackfin Restaurant on the river. Dinner was excellent.
