Had a great time. Even as a local I’ll be back for another stay

Friendly staff and we enjoyed the complementary kayaking.

We were thankfully accommodated to a room in a building where there is an elevator; since, the Expedia rooms were in a building without an elevator. Our room had a slight odor but was comfortable. Guests on the balcony below us were smoking on their patio so I had to stay inside until they were not out there. The staff that I spoke to were friendly. I cannot comment on the bars and restaurant because we did not go to them.

Great staff, amenities, food and environment

The property was beautiful and well maintained. The pool was wonderful. The selection of drinks and food in the lobby was great for snacking. We ate at the restaurant 2 nights and it was delicious. We took advantage of the hour of free kayaking and then we went to trivia night that evening. It was a short girls trip, but we had a blast just staying on site. Will definitely be back.

Outdated and overpriced . Only stayed one noght

Check in was smooth and efficient. Desk staff was helpful and understanding as rooms had been booked for family members visiting from out of town. One room had a beautiful view of the waterfront and another of the pool area. Located in a nice walkable area within a small town.

Fun casual. Good Music with. 2 stages late afternoon & evening. Food ok ..

The rooms are really clean , all the propertie too but the swimming pool is really small and the food at the capitán Hiram’s restaurant is really bad and expensive. The entertainment at night the band is not good either so I am not sure if I want to come back

Resort had all the amenities that were needed , clean rooms , friendly and helpful staff in hotel and restaurants only downside was the evening meal at the Blackfin restaurant the catch of the day was disappointing for the money charged !!

Everything was great as usual.

I've already bragged on the staff (thanks Erin Hartery & staff) We checked in (after 12 noon & left the resort @ 7pm) on the same day. Enough said on that. We are awaiting a refund for our second day of unused stay which pm mgr Erin will be adeptly handling. One thing to remember: "things happen BEYOND the hotel's control...but the SERVICE RECOVERY is what the guest walks away with...in the end, AND DRIVES A RETURN VISIT.

We liked the hotel but it was very noisy, very thin walls and you could hear the doors of hotel rooms opening and closed. It is a very causal place with a lot of very dressed down from beach to the hotel with no cover up required. Just too noisy, i got little sleep.
