Budget Inn of Sebring

It was on our way Staff desperately need customer service training

Nothing, we couldn't stay because the undisclosed pet deposit was more than the room itself. Expensive for a budget inn, they did not disclose before booking and paying that the pet fee was $75/pet. There wasn't even a person at the front desk, just a robot with a remote worker.

Great for price and location. Needed a bed to sleep in for Sebring race event.

No restaurants close, parking ok, staff mostly rude, room with roaches, staff say nothing they can do, no insulation in walls, can hear neighbor snoring. Road noise is loud. No ice

They changed 3 times the rooms full of bugs.. I then stayed anyway as all rooms had bugs inside. Everything

If you are looking for a decent clean place to stay and you are on a “budget” this place checks out. Comfortable, quiet and clean. We would stay there again.

The location met our needs. Fast food restaurants within walking distance. Seemed like a safe area of town. Room fixtures were old and out dated. Window would not lock in place. Restroom had areas that were so old and weathered they were not cleanable. Lastly the bath tub was filled of spiders.

The room was not clean, but I didn’t expect to be anyway.

Parking was on a dirt path and felt that the price was inflated for race weekend.

Plenty of fresh towels. No breakfast. No coffee pot. No cups in the room. No nightstands. A metal chair in the bathroom to hold toiletries. Floor had been cleaned, I guess, with something that left a dirty sticky residue and my bare feet left footprints on the bedroom floor. I put a towel down to walk on and the underneath side was black in the morning. Skimpy pillows. Check in was weird with a video screen of a live person, whom I had trouble understanding. Why did you need a copy of my drivers license AND take my picture. Why did I have to leave an additional $50 for security. What could one possible steal??? Was it that bad of a neighborhood? It was a very unfriendly and check in experience.

Adequate as a place to sleep. Beds squeaky and pillows flat. No bathmat provided, leaky sink. High price for low value, but it was race weekend in Sebring.

The toilet had to be turned off due to issues.

I booked a stay here and went to the room, but I didn’t stay. As a female traveling alone, I did not feel safe as there was a gap around the door with light coming in. The room was nice and clean, but had an odor. Talking to a person on a kiosk did not make me feel so safe either, it made me feel like they didn’t want to staff the front desk with a live body because they were afraid of bad people coming in. Like I said, the place was clean, but I will not book again

And with no live staff on site in office to assist me. Only a foreign country Kiosk!!! If my wife was with me, would have opened the door, turned around and asked the kiosk for my money back!! So unless you don’t really care about your accommodations and just an uncomfortable bed, to get some, and I mean some sleep!!! I don’t recommend!!
