Budget Inn of Sebring

Clearly an old facility. Looked like cleanup and upgrades had just begun. Only a kiosk in the office, but live and helpful. Single room had decent double bed, but the toilet ran loudly all the time. Shower was decent; plenty of hot water. The doorframe on the new door to the bathroom had stains from nicotine, but there was very little smell of smoking. An ok experience for the price.

The only thing I liked is that it was close to my relatives . Poorly Clean. Inefficient check-In system with a digital portal that was always down. I was even assigned a room that didnt exist! Hazzards inside the room left careless. Front desk always alone. Nobody to report any issues. Noise workers stay there a lot. Not a quiet place.

The room was dirty had literally bags of dirty towels under the sink then if you book through booking app and use the discounts expect to be told your room isn’t ready and be dropped to economy which is a old room in behind the motel that the flooring is literally stapled ontop of whatever is rotting underneath wood I’m guessing the tub has soft spots as well the whole room looks like it was built for people who get discounts on there rooms That annoying kiosk that acts as tho it’s no WiFi but a whole hotel is running with it ‍♂️the enormous drop off in the concrete that can’t be missed how far away I had to park to get to my room the fact that it takes forever to get cool cause the door don’t fit properly and that don’t even begin I wanted to stay longer but soon as I walked in I knew that wasn’t happening

Location. Pet friendly. Finding out that there is New Management coming in and there are going to be positive improvements. The dirty room. Especially the floors and gold fixtures.

I thought I got a great deal for the sweet for the 6th night package with my membership to this booking.com site and then the hotel didn't honor the quote I was given for an extended night of $80 but then I was charged the next day to add a one night more at the rate of $164! The front staff at the night shift quoted me $80 for an extended add-on for one night. The next morning when I went into pay after being reassured that it was available when this was the rate I went to the office and found nobody there turned around to see a large face of a girl on a kiosk. This girl said he was looking it up and she said 164 people were coming in standing behind me I already had my card on the machine and I was startled at the charge quoted and I said this is not what I was told I was told I had an additional night at $80 last night and she simply said I quoted you the amount and that is what you have paid and I told her I was not happy is she simply said that is the amount I told you. This girl that was projected on the screen was quite firm and completed. The people were rushing me and now I'm not having any cooperation or refund of the overcharge yet! I am wondering about the no touch check-in checkout and communication between the live humans I spoke with the night before. Personality of the girl completing my transaction ( unnegotiable) L and the pressure of the people behind me needing her service on my pinch of time left me feeling like I had no alternative but to go at that moment and now I am waiting for a resolution where they don't end up taking my money that I don't feel like they should. I will pay extra if they would understand it was a seven nights day there are discounts for that long of this stay usually.

Nothing, we couldn't stay because the undisclosed pet deposit was more than the room itself. Expensive for a budget inn, they did not disclose before booking and paying that the pet fee was $75/pet. There wasn't even a person at the front desk, just a robot with a remote worker.

Great for price and location. Needed a bed to sleep in for Sebring race event.

No restaurants close, parking ok, staff mostly rude, room with roaches, staff say nothing they can do, no insulation in walls, can hear neighbor snoring. Road noise is loud. No ice
