did not like the breakfast

We were on the 3rd floor, it was so hot like the air wasn’t on, it’s Florida and 100 degrees outside so it was miserable which also didn’t help when trying to cool our room down either. The only other thing was we stayed 5 nights so we had a lot of stuff but there was 3 stairs that stepped down to get to our room so we couldn’t bring the luggage cart to the room we had to lug everything half way down the hallway. The breakfast was good, staff was friendly and it was clean.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. A great place to visit and have some down time. We enjoyed our stay very much.

A beautiful quaint hotel that is well maintained. Loved the gardens. I have stayed at this property many times as it’s also a great value with good amenities. I was however disappointed that the complimentary breakfast is now just a yogurt parfait delivered to your room, except on weekends you can get an English Mc Muffin instead. Their restaurant used to serve a nice breakfast while overlooking the lake and now it’s only open for dinner Tuesday through Saturday. I didn’t eat dinner this visit, but the others were always great. My wife also noticed our room smelled a little like mildew. I think they are battling humidity.

We loved this property. It surpassed our expectations! Sophie was fantastic at the front desk! We enjoyed the pool which had fresh towels and tables with umbrellas. Poolside, we had a view of the lake plus many surrounding lovely planters, including the balconies. We ate at the restaurant and everything was delicious! To top it all off, we set up our breakfast for 6am. It was delivered to our room on time and was fantastic! We will stay here again. Service and cleanliness are the priority at this inn.
