The staff was very welcoming and even upgraded our room to a lake view. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and the pool over looking the lake was nice. We ate at the adjoining restaurant for dinner and again because the front desk made our reservation, they upgrade us to a lake view window table. The beds were very comfortable and breakfast was brought to our room in the morning!

What really set this hotel apart was their outstanding customer service. I accidentally left my Kindle behind after checking out, and Sophie called me right away to let me know. She made the whole process so easy, and they had it shipped back to me just two days later. That level of honesty and care is rare these days, and I truly appreciated it. A special thank you to Sophie for going above and beyond! Because of the incredible service, spotless accommodations, and beautiful location, this is a five-star hotel in my opinion. I will absolutely be staying here every time I come to Sebring to visit my family. Highly recommend!

We love the property, peaceful and our room has a nice view of the lake. When we were checking in the person who help us was very nice and he offered us a suite upgrade with extra charge. It was the best decision we made. The room was beautiful, plenty of space and we enjoyed sitting in our balcony every morning and before bed 😀. The only thing we wish to have is a breakfast buffet instead of a small breakfast sandwich deliver to the room.

This time was a big improvement The room was clean neat, Everyone was respectful, I do wish that they would bring back the breakfast downstairs. All in all this time was much better than a previous.

I enjoyed our stay so much what a special hotel. The Front Desk is very welcoming and accommodating. Her room was super clean. They bring you to your door your complementary breakfast at whatever time you want with whatever selection you choose from their menu. We enjoyed the pool having our breakfast out by the water watching the fisherman, it was just such a nice break from our traveling day! We will be back again soon

I didn't expect such a large beautiful place. Everything was immaculate. The staff was wonderful. The grounds were well kept with beautiful flowers. We relaxed outside near the lake.
