Our room did Not have toilet tissue, I had to send my husband to the office to get a roll while I sat there. The room had a strong air freshener smell. The beds were not comfortable, old mattress.
-
wouldn't even let my dog stay in that room You seriously need to take off your site doesn't have any amenities and doesn't look like photos on line.

This room literally smell like garbage. I slept with a m95 mask the odor was so bad

Room was mostly clean. Place needs some updates and rooms extra lock was broken off. Kinda would of felt better with extra lock since it's right off the highway. No toilet paper when we got there but got a roll pretty easy from person at desk. Beds were pretty comfy felt like we slept pretty good for a motel. The TV reception was good.

The price and location are my needs. It's clean. And the beds were not hard as a rock. So.... bonus. There was a group of Spanish gentlemen playing loud music and singing. But we managed to fall asleep.

The property is fine, only it is old, there are cockroaches but everything is clean, I think for the old building, but good attention, quiet, and good price.

Very poor

Got our key and went to appt for that evening. When we came back to stay we found the room filthy. Beds looked like they weren't changed from prior guests. Bathroom was full of flies, floor was terrible dirty and 1/2" beside tub looked like it was full of hair. It was late. We didn't spend the night. Would not have wanted to get in the beds or walk barefoot on the floor. Boots laying outside of room door. Terrible accommodations. Will be asking for money back.

The only thing I would add is bring you a blanket if you want to have weight on your body, as the blanket and sheet, while sufficient, are very lightweight. Air conditioning worked great, room was clean. You park right outside your ground floor entry room.

Overall sketchy vibes. No way to shower only take a bath. At least the a/c worked

Nothing. No wi-fi, no fire alarms, no room service as stated, room was falling apart. No wi-fi, no fire alarms. Bugs, staff was unfriendly and hardly spoke English. Room was falling apart. Looked like a dump.

Exceptional

If you keep your expectations low and just need a place with a clean bed, this isn't a horrible property. But even at a budget price, I'm not sure it is worth it. It's fairly clean, but the overall maintenance is poor.

The room was very clean and cozy! Very quiet motel. We will definitely stay there again when we are back in Sedalia. Lots of places to eat in the area and the fairgrounds are just down the street. My husband I were very pleased.

Don’t go. Better to sleep in a tent in a rainstorm.
