Room clean. Staff very helpful. Room was modernized and very comfortable.

The hotel feels like home. We enjoyed our stay and will return in the future.

I was nervous because the outside looked rough but we had the best time! Such great staff!! Loved the pool, the breakfast and the vending area! Will be back! Maybe better natresses? Foam ones from Amazon are so cheap and easily delivered!!

The property was well maintained with a decorative vibe that can’t be recreated! It was awesomely unique !! The staff was accommodating and very pleasant. The rooms were clean, efficient and affordable.

Gross rooms. Stained up sheets and ripped blankets. Common areas were nice but the rooms were outdated and GROSS. Rooms were musty. These reviews on here were misleading. Night manager gave me the creeps. 2/10 cockroach motel! Was scared to even put bags on the floor not worth $160 a night

Handicap bathroom was wonderful. Carpet could have been cleaner and the skirting on the bed was frumpy giving a sloppy appearance.

The front desk staff made me feel like an old friend! They were so helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent and attended by additional helpful staff who were eager to visit and ask about your visit. The rooms were clean and quiet. We have stayed here several times for the Midwest Stud ram sale and they never disappoint.

The location and the staff The pictures online do not show an outside and we had gnats and flies in our room. Definitely doesn’t look like the pictures.

During our recent visit to Sedalia, Missouri, for the Truck and Tractor Pull event, we stayed one night at the Best Western. Our initial interaction at the front desk was disappointing due to a rude older lady with grayish hair. However, our experience improved when we met an older gentleman who was very accommodating, promptly arranging a room with a walk-in shower as requested. Unfortunately, the room itself did not meet expectations. Upon arrival, there was a noticeable unpleasant odor. More concerning was the presence of dead cockroaches in the shower when I went to freshen up before dinner. After returning from our outing, we found more cockroaches scattered across the bathroom floor once the lights were turned on. This experience leads me to question how this hotel maintains the standards expected from the Best Western brand. If you are seeking a clean, pest-free place to stay in Sedalia, this hotel may not be the best choice.

The staff was helpful and really nice but nobody knows what a vacuum is. Breakfast was good would be better if they changed it up. We stayed 5 days so I'm well aware of what work they did while I stayed.

The price is far above the quality. AC barely kept the room cool. Room was clean but in poor repair.

The rooms were clean, updated and quiet. We had a room directly across from the pool which was nice so I could work while my daughter swam with some of her friends staying at the hotel. The beds were small and so was the room but worked out fine for just my daughter and I traveling for the week. Breakfast was mediocre but not terrible. Hotel staff were amazing and super nice and helpful. Overall the hotel wasn't terrible, but would be 100% better without the long-term guests living there and if there were more or actual safety features on the outer doors coming into the building. Anyone could have walked into the hotel from any of the outer doors without a key card.

Breakfast was great and the lobby was really clean The outside was very outdated and appeared to be in a bad location.

We pulled up and were so disappointed in the physical appearance and that the room entrances were outside we didn't stay. I asked for a refund and the staff denied me for a refund. So, it was so bad that I was willing to not stay there even though they required me to pay for it.

Breakfast was over at 9:30 instead of 10. The indoor pool was cold as well at the hot tub.

Security a bit old school - no exterior key pad security. BUT -- do not pay for EXTRA "pool view" room. On ground floor by no means is room 121 a "pool view". By any logic . Room 119 is the last that "views" the pool -- without a walking jaunt.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!! TERRIBLE!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!! BREAKFAST WAS GROSS AND NOT MANY OPTIONS!!! ONLY DIRTY ROTTEN FRUIT AND EGGS THAT WAS IT OH AND RAISIN BREAD WAS MOLDY!!!!! OUR FAMILY STAY WAS HORRIFIC WE WERE GIVEN A KEY TO OUR ROOM AND WE WENT TO THE ROOM AND SOMEONE WAS ALREADY STAYING IN THAT ROOM SO I WALKED IN ON SOMEONE. THEN WE WERE GIVEN ANOTHER ROOM AND THE KEY DIDNT WORK AFTER THE SIXTH TIME IT FINALLY WORKED. BUT THE ROOM WAS GROSS AND DIRTY. HAD TO THROW AWAY THE TOWELS BECAUSE OF YELLOW STAINS ALL OVER THEM. PUBIC HAIR ALL OVER BATHROOM. BEDS HAD STAINS ON THEM. ALSO TONS OF MEN HANGING OUT IN STAIR WELL AND PARKING LIT DRINKING AND SMOKING DRUGS. I REPORT TO FRONT DESK AND THEY DIDNT CARE. POOL FOR THE KIDS HAD FECES IN IT. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE BE STAYING AT ANY OTHER LOCATIONS.
