Was a good hotel

If you don't mind cockroaches then go ahead and stay there

They don’t tell you on the website but even if you book online you have to pay a deposit and it doesn’t say that nowhere also I booked for a cheaper rate and they still tried to charge me more for the room I had no issues with the room it’s self you get what you paid for i will not be returning here souly on the staff I mean it wasn’t a lot for the deposit either I just only had enough for the room it’s self and had I known and then I forgot to put I had an infant and they made a huge deal about it even though my child is under a year old she said it would be more due to the fact I added a baby

We’ve now been in accommodation all the way across the US from New York. This is firmly the worst night we’ve had anywhere. And we’ve stayed in all sorts of places.

Website listed price was not honored by hotel after I had already made reservations. When I arrived they charged more for the room and said the website was incorrect. The room was very small, but clean. Check in was quick.

Staff was belittling, unhelpful and would not refund money for two of the nights we did not stay. Room was full of roaches, floor was very sticky and beds were crusty. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Very close to the fairgrounds! Parking is great with being able to park right outside the door. The place is old, hasn’t been repaired or if it has it’s been minimal.

The lady in the office is a nice lady she helps everybody out she helped me out when I needed her too it is a great hotel

They tried to charge me a pet fee for my medical alert dog which is illegal. When I got to the room, there was no toilet paper. The “white” towels were washed but were so stained up they were disgusting. The towel racks and toilet paper holder were torn off and missing. The tub had mold. Then later that evening out came the Roaches (big and small). Upon checkout I waited for them to inspect the room and she asked where the ice bucket was. There was no ice bucket to begin with. The bedding was washed but stained. The pillows were paper thin. Just not a good experience!

It’s affordable, and clean Parking is tight

Parking was right outside my door. Room was dated but clean. Everything in the room worked as it should. The young boy at the front desk seemed to be a little lost when I was trying to check-in. But the lady that came along was more than helpful. Great stay for the money. Will stay there again when in sedalia. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance as well as a large grocery store across the street. The microwave in the refrigerator in the room.Both worked excellent.

Small but adequate. Nobreakfast but restaurants within walking distance. We were satisfied. Close to the State Fair grounds which is where we were going

Lots of flies

Sfilth. Pubic hair in tub, no soap, yellow towels(supposed to be white)stains on sheets and black specs also, floor had dirty qtip and crumbs on gloor and someones tags off clothes on top shelf where clothes hang. Asked for tefind and showed front desk the filth and refised to give refund even though I did not stay having to ask a friend to come get me over a hour each way. When taxi dropped me off they said dont go out by myself after datk because they TRAFFIC people out of there.

Location was close to Fairgrounds. The bathroom smelled like urine and flies were always getting in somehow. I bought fly swatters.

No breakfast door would not lock especially from inside toilet would not feel with water no coffee or cups one morning price went up 100$ plus from booking time Location was fine Called 3 days trying to get front desk never got through after 37 phone calls no maintenance complaints from several guests very frustrating check in
