    The location of the hotel was great. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They had a number you can text if you need anything which was very helpful especially with having littles. I had an issue with our room ac and texted the number they got back right away and switched my room for me, they even came up to the room I was in an gave me my new key cards. The pool was way smaller than what the picture looked like on the website. The hallways were stuffy and warm like the air wasn’t circulating properly and the room where the ice machine was very hot like a sauna.

    We were disappointed with the breakfast. There was not a good selection of pastries, the ones that were available were dry. The hard boiled eggs were frozen. We had trouble with the TV in our room (turns out the network cable was unplugged in the back of the unit).

    I've stayed at plenty of Hampton Inn's around the country. This Sedalia location is by far the worst. The staff for starters are VERY unprofessional. The maintenance/cleaning staff looked to have been part time carnival workers. The front desk staff not much better. They lacked in customer service skills at check-in and check-out. The large girl at checkout never spoke a word other than "would you like a receipt"..... The bedding is generally why we stay at Hampton Inn. Wow.....was this a disappointment. Poor mattress and pillows. Had I known all of this about the Sedalia location....I'd saved the $270 and stayed in my son's college dorm.....

    Staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was good. The coffee was A+. The room was very nice. I was disappointed with no microwave in room. But they do have one to share in lobby . The towels....well I felt like I was drying off with sand paper. I think this could be improved easily. No hot tub.

    Clean room, Pet friendly. It was a little struggle with two cat carriers taking them to the third floor.

    The room was pretty big for the price. Which is great. It was clean, and the staff were great. I also loved that there's a whole snack/drink area in the lobby. Not really didn't like, so much as, just wish there was a microwave.

    The room I got 1st time staying here was large and roomey. That’s why I booked again. To my disappointment this time the room was much smaller😒

    And then after check out I noticed they tried charging me for a damaged room saying they found weed in my room. Which was a complete lie finally after three days I did get a refund but I will not stay at this property again. GM Was not friendly at all!!

    The room was great for what we needed and the breakfast was also delicious. The only complaint I have would be the TV remote didn't have a back to it.
