Room was nice, ac was a little loud and room above us was a little noisy at bedtime. Breakfast was good, rooms were pricey

Location was great. Breakfast was good. Our room smelled like wet dog when we arrived. We went and bought some room spray and it helped some but otherwise a nice room.

Hampton Inn is a known brand. I knew what to expect when I reserved a room. The room was a little shabby. It definitely needed attention. The refrigerator was on its leg. There was a plumbing issue that wasn’t resolved before I checked out.

The hallways didn't have air conditioning. The rooms did have working air conditioning which was nice considering how hot the hallways were. Hampton didn't have their lights in the pool house. Not sure if they are trying to save money. That way

The location of the hotel was great. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They had a number you can text if you need anything which was very helpful especially with having littles. I had an issue with our room ac and texted the number they got back right away and switched my room for me, they even came up to the room I was in an gave me my new key cards. The pool was way smaller than what the picture looked like on the website. The hallways were stuffy and warm like the air wasn’t circulating properly and the room where the ice machine was very hot like a sauna.

We enjoyed our stay. The only negative was it was very humid in our room, and the hallways were not well air conditioned.
