Hot tub and pool not operational. No coffee in rooms. Came in no one at desk. Amerged from back after a bit. Tip jar in breakfast area. Ispent 185.00 for 1 night and you want a tip. I got my own breakfast and coffee.

The TV had no information or guide. The shower curtain allowed water on the floor. The swimming pool was warmer than the spa. The air conditioning was blowing straight down on the pool area.

The beds are way too high. I could only get in by rolling in. Ridiculous!

Locations, staff and clean. I had no reservations when I arrived. No room. Somehow Booking,com dropped the ball in reserving a room. Fortunately, there was 1 room available and the local hotel took care of arranging my stay. No thanks to Booking.com. Booking.com has since arranged to refund me for my payment to them. Waiting to see if it does happens. It cost me around $43 more to make my new reservations. Guess I’m just stuck with the extra cost. May not use Booking.com in the future.

Room was very clean, I had requested first floor and it was granted. Breakfast was very good, lots of choices.
