The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was very clean. The bathroom is my only concern because it is dated, and there was no vent in the bathroom so everything steamed over after a shower. The breakfast had a large variety of items. I do wish there were extra blankets in the rooms, but that’s OK since one can control the temperature.

The property was old and rundown. The hot tub and pool smelled of heavy chlorine and I still worried about the cleanliness. The desk clerk either didn’t speak much English or didn’t concern himself with anything that I was saying upon check-in. The air conditioner, and thus the entire room smelled musty and was pretty void of furniture and ambience. The attempt at a new paint job didn’t even make it all the way to the bottom of the walls in the room. The universal remote supplied to operate the TV, barely fulfilled its intended purpose. I would have to assume there to be better places to stay in Sedalia, Missouri. Keep looking.

Eh

room was clean, cheap vinyl floor covering, tiny bathroom but shower water pressure and massage shower head were nice.
-
The place was fairly clean. No coffee maker in rooms and no coffee in the lobby. Wife got locked outside because the room key kept having to be reset. Just a bad experience. Don't believe what they advertise. Also the sauna wasn't open.

The complementary breakfast was a joke. If this is ONLY choice I would stay again, otherwise I would pass.
-
Room was not very clean. Barely got the "free" cable channels to work. Not much hot water. I will never stay there again.
-
Towels were dirty. No key needed to come into the hotel from the back doors. The best part was the pressure in the dirty shower and the HOT water. No meat on the hot breakfast.

Do not stay here. We chose this property for its location to the state fair and that it had a pool to use after a long hot day of walking. We traveled with 2 seniors, 2 kids (13 and 8) and myself. There is no tables, chairs or towels in the pool area, the pool is about 15ftx6ft and had a layer of grease, oil, skin flakes and hair on top that i doubt anyone would want to swim in. The hot tub was barely luke warm, had a terrible Sulphur musty smell to the water and was so murky you couldn't see through it, also no jets. I dont want to even know what diseases or fungus is breeding in there.the hotel gave us keys to a room that was already occupied and the noises kept all of us up the entire night. Terrible beds, gross pillows, stains all over, bathroom was not cleaned.

Beds were uncomfortable

Was very easy to get to.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel is dated but efforts are being made to keep it clean and make small upgrades

This was a disgusting room. Pubic hair all over the floor in the bathroom, moldy shower curtain, dirty/filthy tub, mold all over mirror in bathroom, the fridge was moldy, dirt and human flakes of skin on the floor in the room. The light switch was even filthy! It was gross. Could not stay there, left after 10 minutes, and they would not refund my money! Save yourself! Do not book at this hotel, it’s gross-stusting. I want a refund. If I could add photos I would.

The room was clean but the bathroom was not very nice. The shower curtain was stained badly and there was soap from the previous guest still in the shower that I had to throw away. There is not coffee maker in the room. None of the carpets in the entire place were vacuumed or clean. It's pretty dingy. For $184 a night, I would have expected a little better. The pictures online are clearly from the previous owners. The trash cans outside the doors were full and stayed overflowing. The pool water smelled....musty? I wouldn't stay here again.

My room was 86 degrees. The AC was off in middle of summer. No coffee maker in room. The breakfast was terrible. And the rooms are outdated. Won’t be going back

Hotel was very outdated and not very well maintained or clean. The first room that they put us in hadn’t been cleaned yet, thankfully they were able to get us into a new one fairly quickly. The carpets were really dirty as well as the bedding.

The property is very dated and needs major updating. It is very old and could be nice. Moldy bathroom shower curtain. Broken lamps and plugs didn't all work. A weird blue powder was all over the floor of the bathroom. Then the main room floor was dirty and need to be mopped. The hallway carpet was dirty and much or it is damaged and needs to be replaced. Breakfast is over super early in the morning. We didn't expect a 5☆ hotel, but it could use some attention. Again, everyone there was very friendly.
-
Very loud hotel through the night. Super hard beds. Asked for extra blankets and was told they'd bring them right to the room. Stayed 2 nights and never received them
-
I was there for a night but staff was super nice and understanding. They offered really great service and very clean rooms.

Bathroom also very dated but functional. Only one tiny bar of soap provided, no shampoo or conditioner. Water leaked onto the floor from somewhere. Also there was a piece of metal on the floor, appeared to have been some sort of door stop that was broken off over the years but left behind a screw that was sharp when Istepped on it. Breakfast wasn't worth it. Basically a toaster with bread and bagels and some cereal options. Coffee was bad and they only had tiny Styrofoam cups with no lids. I was trying to save some money, next time I'll just pay a little more.
