I spoke with you "AI, Joenell, and she wouldn't provide a number so I could cancel the reservation.The number provided on the email was not to the hotel therefore I couldn't cancel an Joenell was no help. Read the note, it was a catastrophe! It wasn't clean, no elevator and your number provided by Joenelle,AI ,was no help. I couldn't cancel the reservation and you kept my money!

The breakfast did not offer hot food and the only coffee machine was broken. We had to fine a proper breakfast outside the hotel. For the price we definitely expected a more upscale hotel. this is a one-star hotel that was booked for a 3 - 4-star rate. Not happy.

The furniture was comfortable. The sink was gross. When I let it fill up, other peoples' hair came up through the drain and filled the sink basin. Running at 72 degrees, the AC made a huge puddle and got a bunch of my stuff wet. Booking.com messed-up my reservation and I had to let the hotel's staff (who called me at 10pm at night, when I was ready to go to bed) make a photocopy of my debit card. I paid Booking.com, it took the money from my account and I had a confirmation number, but then Booking.com turns around and pays the hotel -- and THEIR payment was declined, which (1) they never contact me about, and (2) left a mess for me to deal with.

On the website we saw where there was supposed to be a pool but when we got there we saw that the pool has been filled with concrete ?.

The sad part was it seemed to be okay and normal business operations. We only needed one night and had no where else to stay. Luckily there is a Walmart nextdoor so we were able to survive through the night with cleaning products and bedding. Overall, I would NOT recommend. Looks good on the outside but very nasty on the inside.

This was the most awful experience we’ve ever had. The place is undergoing renovations. It was a wreck. Empty spaces in the room. The kitchen was decrepit. The hallways were dirty. Overall, horrible. Pretty disgusting.

Friendly front desk staff. The rooms are spacious with some being newly renovated.
