Baymont by Wyndham Selma

Very dirty rooms . Bathroom smells disgusting like mold. Would never stay there checked out as soon as I checked in.

poor breakfast, no room cleaning. It was horrible

The staff really made an impression on me. They were the best part of the stay. Rooms are average but hey the price is not bad.

No breakfast even though it said there was one

The parking lot was a benefit if you’re on the ground level! The staff was lazy, too laid back! The tub water went out all of 20+ minutes, the toilet wouldn’t stop running, asked for clean towels at 9:30am after their so called breakfast with 2 bananas, a few apple and grape juices, coffee was almost gone because workers were coming in hogging it up, the room wasn’t clean upon arrival! All these things were told from the beginning the only thing that was resolved was the toilet, we just got towels 10 hours later after my husband went up to the office because I was over the entire stay! We leave in the AM! Farewell Selma and this room! Oh, from out of town too and most Wyndham are nice and the staff too! Clean your rooms, tubs, toilets and get that lump sided king bed out and upgrade your business!!!! Do Better!!!

First off the TV had a big crack in the middle of the TV. The room was nasty and looked like it hadn't been swept or mopped in a while and the room didn't look like the website showed. The staff was friendly and the property owner was very nice though

I didn’t like anything about the property. The staff were extremely rude. The room was dirty. When I brought the issue to them, they were very unprofessional and kept talking over me and walking away. The woman was very nasty. Overall just a horrible experience and I will never stay here again and would not recommend that anyone go there. Everything.

The appearance was ok but everything in the inside was the worse experience I ever had to live thru with a hotel this far The staff was mean and rude didn’t get finished with my questions about my stay before she hung up rushing the call Called back because me and my family was on our way to visit family for the weekend Booked over a week ago she confirmed my name and how many beds get there ask to see the room first get n there shits blankets and all off the bed dirty towels the room never had been cleaned for the day

The checks in staff was horrible when I arrived they lied stating they had no vacancies sat there over 30 minutes in the phone with Expedia who also sucks because they booked me in two properties that both stated they had no vacancies I came from Mobile to attend a funeral that I missed because I was busy trying to get a hotel room it’s very upsetting that you reserve a room get confirmation and still can’t check in

No clean towels, room was nasty as hell. I asked for towels and was told there were none. Floor wasn’t swept! Fridge and Microwave was nasty. Right side of outlets did not work.

Rooms floors were sticky roof was black and brown in spots toilet wouldn’t flush sink was brown just a nasty place and I would not lay down on the bed for fear of catching something

The location was perfect for our gatherings The rags and towels were not clean in the bathroom they were as if they were just used with dirt marks on all of them and it took an hour to replace them.
