Not a fucking thing.. Driving 17 hours and showing up 2 the hotel and them telling me I had no reservation. This is the 2nd time in less then a year booking.com has fucked me over. Id drag my nut sack across broken glass before id ever use booking.com again

I didn't like them I used booking.com.com to book my room and when I got to the facility they did not have no room for me and will not give me back my money They should give me back my money cuz they do not have the room to accommodate me after I paid in advance and I have been trying for over a week to get someone to help me at booking.com and at the facility and no one will talk to me now after I paid $649 they only want to give me back $68 this is not fair by no means it was not my fault they do not have a room

I reserved a room and the property rented that room to someone else or they didn’t have any room when the website said they did it happened to several of my husbands coworkers Overbooking rooms or saying there was rooms and didn’t have them

It appeared to be a good deal. However, when I arrived they told me they were full and refused to give me a room. I had paid in full and I have received a refund. While I was there someone else arrived and the same thing happened. The set up seems like a scam. Read the reviews. I wish I had—-and I wish booking.com would police the properties they work with better.

I like the price and the staff I didn't like that it didn't have any hot water, so I couldn't take a shower or bath

Bare bones but clean. Cushion missing on chair. Fighting in room beside us. No coffee in room.

Front desk clerk was very friendly Thai hotel is a dump. Nothing works well: the TV, Wi-Fi, shower, bedside lights electrical oullets etc. couldn¿t wait to to get out of there.
