The plugs need replacing you plug something up and phone charger or lamp will fall right

Nothing at all, the manager was rude disrespectful and not at all professional. I paid for my room through booking.com and when I arrived the manager turned me around saying I didn't pay which I proved to her I did.

I didn’t like anything about the property. The staff was very rude and even though I booked a room, they wouldn’t let me get it. Everything. The staff was incredibly rude, kept talking over me.

Nothing I couldn’t believe the mold. The smell was horrible. Many things were broken. I have stayed in better places in the remote parts of Africa. The sheets were dirty with cigarette burns and blood stains.

I didnt get to stay because they gave my reserved room to a walk in.

I booked a room online and had the confirmation number and everything and when I went to stay there they told me they had no rooms available. I had to find another motel last minute

Driving 17 hours and showing up 2 the hotel and them telling me I had no reservation. This is the 2nd time in less then a year booking.com has fucked me over. Id drag my nut sack across broken glass before id ever use booking.com again

They should give me back my money cuz they do not have the room to accommodate me after I paid in advance and I have been trying for over a week to get someone to help me at booking.com and at the facility and no one will talk to me now after I paid $649 they only want to give me back $68 this is not fair by no means it was not my fault they do not have a room

Overbooking rooms or saying there was rooms and didn’t have them

We had made a reservation and when we got there they told us that they had no reservation and no more rooms and when you checked online it stated they still had rooms available

It appeared to be a good deal. However, when I arrived they told me they were full and refused to give me a room. I had paid in full and I have received a refund. While I was there someone else arrived and the same thing happened. The set up seems like a scam. Read the reviews. I wish I had—-and I wish booking.com would police the properties they work with better.

This hotel is a get over I booked this room over a week in advance for a work assignment when I made it there he had given my room away as well as other coworkers that had book and took money off the cards and wouldn’t refund he needs to be reported he’s constantly doing this to people he does not need to be apart of this platform he left people sleeping in their cars because they thought they had a for sure place to stay! I rate him 0/10

It's just not a lot to do Around Selma but it's a great vibe. Room

I drove all the way from CONNECTICUT to ALABAMA for them to tell me all the rooms were fully booked… even though I had a reservation!

They gave my room away the first time I made a reservation, when I made another and paid ahead of time I still did not have a room when I showed up the staff was not helpful at all and barely understood what I was asking

The hotel didn't have any rooms when I went to check in when it let me book and get charged for the rooms.
