Upon arrival front desk clerk was not very friendly. When asked about local restaurants and Uber, she said she eats at home and doesn’t Uber! There were floor fans all around, it seemed obvious they had water flooding? Our room door (ground floor) was swollen from water and dragged across floor making a challenge to open! Our room carpet was wet and filthy. Breakfast was mediocre at best.

Room was clean except tub was not clean had hair and was visibly dirty. Everything else was good, breakfast and staff were nice.

I stayed four nights, the place is super clean, very quiet, good breakfast spread, very friendly staff, good Wi-Fi, good bedding and towels. Overall five stars.. I will come back thank you

The biggest problem for us was that there was no hot water in our room, and it was too late to do anything about it, so we took cold showers. We found out their boiler had been replaced just prior, but I'm not sure why that led to cold water.

Afterward, he was too afraid to use the elevator and took the stairs to the third floor for the rest of our stay. It wasn't until our last day that he finally felt comfortable enough to use the elevator again. The hot weather made things even more uncomfortable, and we were disappointed to find that the pool was out of order, so we couldn't cool off or enjoy one of the amenities we were looking forward to. I understand that unexpected mechanical issues can happen, but guest safety and comfort should always be a priority. I hope the hotel addresses these issues so future guests don't have a similar experience.
