The biggest problem for us was that there was no hot water in our room, and it was too late to do anything about it, so we took cold showers. We found out their boiler had been replaced just prior, but I'm not sure why that led to cold water.

Afterward, he was too afraid to use the elevator and took the stairs to the third floor for the rest of our stay. It wasn't until our last day that he finally felt comfortable enough to use the elevator again. The hot weather made things even more uncomfortable, and we were disappointed to find that the pool was out of order, so we couldn't cool off or enjoy one of the amenities we were looking forward to. I understand that unexpected mechanical issues can happen, but guest safety and comfort should always be a priority. I hope the hotel addresses these issues so future guests don't have a similar experience.

The rooms were immaculate and the rooms very cool! The beds slept fantastically!

The rooms and lobby were very clean. The lobby and hallways had a very pleasant scent which I really liked, reminded me of The Hard Rock hotel chains. Staff were very friendly. The beds were very comfortable and the bed linens very clean and not worn. I enjoyed the breakfast and 24 hour coffee/tea. Quiet location.
