The room and hall way smelt terrible. The room floor and carpet were damp so I was concerned about mold. Pool was closed. I only stayed one night but was booked for two.

WORST HOTEL EVER. We booked a 2-bed hotel room. When we showed up, it was a 1-bed hotel room. And they REFUSED to fix. Problem #2: Our reservation was thru May 21, not thru May 20. They refused to honor that. And they REFUSED to fix. WORST HOTEL EVER.

The food was great, the staff is very friendly, helpful and nice. Spacious suite rooms. Booking.com is not updated with the current version of the building. They do not have whirlpool baths in the king suites anymore.

Everything worked well.

The stay over all was great. The staff, especially Tamya and the breakfast attendant!

We booked this hotel strictly for the fact that it had an indoor swimming pool for our 9 year old, even though it was about $80 higher than the Holiday Inn Express next door. The pool was closed and the pool area looked gross... again no mention of this information anywhere on the website (Hotel or Booking.com). Between the hidden pet fee and the extra we paid for the indoor pool option, we could have stayed 2 nights elsewhere. The beds are horrible... worst mattresses ever! The door to our room had about a 1 inch gap all the way around it, photo included, which didn't give a great sense of security and added to the following issue. Our room was full of Asian Lady Beetles (look like lady bugs), which can be toxic and irritating to dogs. This was nice to have to worry about while traveling with our Cane Corso... you'd think with charging an additional pet fee they could at least make sure the rooms are safe for animals. Lastly, there was a raw sewage smell immediately upon exiting the hotel... which we quickly found the source of while taking our dog on a potty break. There appeared to be raw septic oozing up out of the ground in the grassy area on the side where we parked/stayed.
