Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Seville

I went to this hotel because it had a higher rating. I called him three hours prior to my check-in and was hoping to get an earlier check-in and they made me wait until 3 o’clock Steding Warren any room rooms available. Meantime there was about 20 cars in the parking lot. The ice machine was broken. The TV wouldn’t go on because a circuit breaker in the room tripped. The remote control battery was dead. The toy doesn’t look like it was cleaned. There was a black ring on the waterline. When I reached on the top of the TV to try turn it on manually, my hand was covered in dust. And I get these units run by a heat pump, but the room smelled so damp and musty. I will not go back to this one again. I travel in the area for business regularly.

Very loud visitors above us a busload of kids kept us up most the first night. Food was subpar eggs were like rubber. Not enough selection.

The hotel was ok, but the front desk staff didn't seem to know what they were doing. I prepaid for our room, but ended up also being billed by the hotel not once but twice after we checked out and I still have not been reimbursed for their error. Will never stay at this hotel again.

There are a few take out restaurants just down the road within walking distance. It was quiet and the breakfast offered is quite tasty. An example was, scrambled eggs, sausage links, biscuits/gravy, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, individually wrapped slices of bread, sweet roll, milk, apple & orange juice. There is also coffee offered all day near the breakfast area. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again when visiting family.

Great breakfast and a very nice pool in a warm room. Staff was great, rooms were great, and we all slept great!

We had to change rooms because the toilet kept running. There was no maintenance person on site to fix it. At first they were just going to let it run all night, until my husband I insisted on a room change. After packing back up and going to a new room, the TV would not work in that room. . We went without an TV instead of changing rooms again.

Great place for families on a budget. Clean, safe and quiet.

I had been warned after the fact that I should not have booked there as it has been less than desirable in the past. Apparently that was taken to heart because it was actually very nice and not what I was warned of.

Our room was wonderful, as it had a kitchenette, and the beds were very comfortable. Our room did have a little bit of a musty odor, but we sprayed some air freshener, and that resolved the problem. Breakfast wasn't great, the eggs were cold, the sausage patties were hard (seemed to be reheated from the day before), and the fruit was not fresh, but hey, it was free. Maybe it is better on other days. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling and needing a nice place to stay.

The greeter at the main desk was very friendly and helpful. We appreciated her. Room was nice.

The rooms have the world's smallest trashcan and they didn't come by to change our trash all week. We did not have a do not disturb sign up. They brought clean towels once which they left in a bag outside our door with a roll of TP. Which then at least we had a bag to put all our trash in. The pool had hair In it and around it. The fire alarm went off twice. Once in the middle of the night. Both were false alarms. They finally changed our trash on Saturday which ended up being the day we left. We checked out a day early since my son's race was over early so by then didn't really matter.

The hotel was very clean & the breakfast was AMAZING!!! They had such a variety of foods, from waffles, eggs, sausage, bacon, breakfast potatoes etc! My family and I will definitely be back!!!
