Definitely some kind of mouse living in the wall of my room. Front desk never at front desk. Calling phone number goes unanswered. Uncooked potatoes and sausage for breakfast.

My room was clean and nice. The jacuzzi bathtub was amazing. The breakfast wasn’t great but then again, it was free. Room and experience was overall great. I’d definitely stay there again.

We needed a place to sleep so we booked this while driving. It was $98 total, and I was worried. Husband was with me, so let’s do this. We were pleasantly surprised!! The hotel decor is dated, but everything was clean and well kept. Our room was spacious and comfortable and included a fridge and microwave. There was no traffic noise, so we pulled the blackout curtains and got an excellent night’s sleep. In the morning we enjoyed waffles and eggs at the free breakfast. All of it was good and satisfying. Staff was pleasant and we were back on the road by 10am. They have an indoor pool, too. Overall, we would recommend staying here! Definitely not a resort, but a good safe place to get a good nights sleep.

Staff was rarely at the front desk. It took one staff member 15 minutes to check me in and another 10 minutes to figure out how to get my key card to work. Fortunately, his coworkers were able to assist him.

Our room had definitely not been cleaned well. The bathroom flier had visible hair on the floor and the shower could have been cleaned better

Very slow check in when it was just me and no line. I eventually had to ask if there was a problem. No elevator on our side of the hotel and couldn’t use the one on the other side and walk over. Room was very warm when we got there and took some time to cool down. Bed was very comfortable and had soft sheets so room was fine once it cooled off

the room was very dusty. There was a dead fly in bathroom floor along with someones hair..The shower didn't drain, by the time I was done showering I was standing in water over my ankles--gross! 45 mintues later water was still in the tub! I tried to report but there was no staff to talk to. there was a phone number to call, but no one answered. Breakfast- no lids for coffee. I even looked in all the cabinets but didn't find any. Coffee was also gross. I wanted to check out because we were so unhappy, but had paid at check-in. We will never stay at this hotel again. We would like some type of refund or credit if possible. We were in room 122. other thing...suppose to be a smoke free facility but the smell of POT was very strong.

Kids liked breakfast The whole experience the first room had a broken bed. Then we got moved and the smoke detector was broken. It was dirty like hair on the toilet and in the shower in both rooms we were in. I will not be staying here again.
