Overnight stop on a long trip. Most comfortable night sleep. Clean rooms...old school vibe...loved our stay!

One of the BEST places we stayed during our trip.

The room had cucumber beetles, both dead and alive. Around the window air unit it had not been cleaned in awhile, nor the top of headboards and the guy in the room next to us kept standing outside our door. With just a regular door knob, and a basic chain, I did not feel safe. I did ask for a new room cause of the bugs but was told since they were not bed bugs and the motel was full they had no extra rooms nor would refund. Also they charged me about $10 more than what hotels.com said I would pay at the property.

We stayed there last year about this time. Owner was friendly and funny. It is an older property but he works hard with his family to make this property clean and inviting. We made a point of returning on our cross country trip because of the care the owners put into this property. We had some scary incidents as we traveled, but he doesn't put up with any rifraf and we slept well because we felt safe. I would highly recommend this property. We will always put this on our list of stops when we travel. 5 stars.

Staying at the Shamrock Country Inn felt like stepping back in time. This classic motor court still has that authentic Route 66 character, and the owners have clearly put a lot of care into keeping it that way. The staff and owners were friendly, helpful, and genuinely enjoyable to interact with. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the beds were excellent. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and character filled stop on Route 66 (or just passing through Shamrock), this is a wonderful choice. We’ll happily stay here again.

Neat, retro property but could use some upgrades and still maintain its nostalgic character. The ice machine was broken and it was over 100 degrees that day.

Everthing was decent for a quick overnight stay Was hoping for an apple or orange or muffin at breakfast. Bottom line ... it was perfectly fine without it
