10/10 for service and cleanliness.

The property appeared nice but due to short staffing we found leftovers in the refrigerator, the bathtub was in rough shape and an electrical outlet was coming out of the wall. No coffee at breakfast and juice machine not working. Front desk staff was rude, blaming guests for drinking too much coffee instead of making a second pot.

A/C was loud.

The common areas of the property were clean and safe. Our room was very musty and there was quite a bit of mil in the shower.Onay for a quick stop on a long trip.

Clean and comfortable

Not clean. Bed linens soiled. Shower was gross.

Staff was friendly and helpful, very nice and comfortable stay 🇺🇸🚗

Over all I would give this place a 6.5 -7 Definitely not a 9 like it said on Expedia.
-
The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was the only area of improvement I would suggest. Needs a little more variety.

The hotel was clean, well maintained, and lovely. My wife and I agreed that we would absolutely stay there again. Breakfast was solid for the type/level of hotel. Even though our room faced the interstate, we never heard it. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was well appointed (the counter was enormous), the shower was wonderful.

The highlight of our stay was Pria at the front desk. We truly can't say enough good things about her. Even while working an incredible triple shift, she greeted everyone with grace, kindness, and a genuine smile. She handled everything professionally and made us feel like valued guests from start to finish. It's rare to come across someone with such a positive attitude and dedication, especially under those circumstances. Pria is a tremendous asset to the Sleep Inn, and her exceptional customer service made our stay even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a clean hotel with outstanding hospitality, we highly recommend the Sleep Inn in Shamrock. Thank you, Pria, for making our stay such a pleasant one!

I had only a short stay, arriving late at night and leaving after a quick breakfast and swim. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a little sparse, without the usual refrigerated stuff available like yogurt or boiled eggs, but adequate.

Thank you Priya

Very dated hotel in the middle of nowhere. Bathroom was in need of a deep cleaning. Mice droppings in room. TV remote was not working and apparently it was known by staff. Breakfast was horrible. Raw sausage. Cold eggs. Garbage in a tub outside side door. Needs lots of maintenance. I GUESS THATS WHY ITS INEXPENSIVE

Front desk staff was excellent. She was welcoming and professional.

Served out purpose for a clean place to stay on our drive to Texas. Very quiet, spacious rooms.

Room was dirty, bath tub drain was clogged

Facility was clean but staff was confused about billing. Would stay again.
