I asked for a shower chair and didn't receive one.

Room was absolutely disgusting and filthy. Had to claen my own AC air filter, because it was so completely clogged that the AC wasnt working. Years of dust and dirt were showing up everywhere like the cleaning staff never cleans the rooms. Walk in and look at the dirt on the HVAC grill near the floor behind the front desk. I should have known then to just turn around and walk out because the rest of the place was no cleaner.

Bathroom didn’t feel clean, tub was rusted, shower head was rusted

Needs maintenance. Rust in bathroom, racked sink, broken plug by coffee pot. Furniture stained. But the beds were very comfortable and the bed linens nice. We could not get the room very cool so the air conditioner could use updating.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff was great and they make you eggs anyway you want them for breakfast.

I reserved thru Expedia before arriving so was charged thru them then arrived at hotel and was charged for same thing again thru best western plus

It was okay. The bath tub and shower the bed was uncomfortable.

Breakfast offerings were good. Beds need some attention as it took me a few tries to find the best, less used side. Room was older but clean.

Hotel is clean. They serve a full breakfast with eggs made your way. Convenient location. I highly recommend this hotel.

Went to room and toilet was full and plugged up. They didn’t want to change the room but offered a plunger. Did get another room finally but bathroom lock wouldn’t open up for wife. While that sounds good to some husbands she was not happy. I managed to get open from outside and we just made sure door was left open.
