The guy at check in asked us to leave a review. The room was clean and everything functioned properly. There was an odor machine running when we got into the room, we didn't notice an odor and the machine didn't bother us. We checked in around 9:15pm and quickly went to sleep because we had an early departure, 3am. At 11:10pm the room phone was ringing, followed by a knock and then amore aggressive knock. We answered the door and it was the front desk guy asking for the odor machine. We weren't very happy about that because we were already asleep and had to get up very early in the morning. So the property was good, dated but good. The service was disrespectful!

I won’t hesitate to stay at Colonial Inn in the future especially when the hotels on the other side of Interstate 40 are charging $50 to $100 more per night for similar features and quality.

Ground floor room was easy to access for an older person. Room was clean and very comfortable. Everything worked well and the bed was very good. Staff was very friendly. Room rate was outstanding and well worth the price. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Everything was clean. Water pressure was good, and water stayed hot. Very bare bones. No frills. Everything in the room seemed well worn and threadbare. In need of an update.

Staff mumbled to us with snuff in his mouth. Very disgusting.

The beds need updated they sink in the middle and the ac didn’t work the greatest and need up grade pillows they were to thick and they had to thick of blankets on the beds

The property was very reasonably priced. It was close to my destination. The room had the amenities I needed. I couldn’t get the volume up on the TV. There was a cricket in my room and also I noticed another small bug in the bathroom

The outside was rundown a bit, but room was clean and cozy. Breakfast was minimum with no gluten free options.
