Smoking outside front door.

Well first off I booked the room online as I always do and when I checked in they said the room i booked was out of order and so I had to get a double queen. I booked a king and then last night someone tried coming into our room so I guess there was a misunderstanding somewhere and then the staff wasn't trying to do anything about the mix up and said they would take care of it but never did anything to make it right

Hotel couldn’t accommodate a late checkout by even 30min and the place was dead. They were not interested in being helpful.

It said no smoking but our room did have a touch of smoke smell to it. Breakfast had hot eggs and sausage as well as boiled eggs.

The staff stayed out front smoking. Every time I came in or left, they were outside smoking. I had to go out and get the lady for more towels. Also, the air conditioning in the room did not work right and was super hot in our room. They did not care at the front desk. It was not worth the money and I feel like I should b refunded.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and I wish I could have stayed there longer.

Room was clean but had a smell like cigarette smoke. Night lady at front desk was completely rude and unhelpful when asked about bottled water. Had to walk to Spark hotel next door to purchase water. Other than that the hotel was nice and clean. Have stayed several times and will again.

Solid hotel for the price. The indoor pool was huge and well maintained, our kids loved it! Staff was very friendly and helpful also.

Check in and out were easy. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good and hot. The room & shower were very clean and welcoming. Bed & pillows, as well as electrical outlet availability & refrigerator were great. We had an excellent stay there and would definitely choose it again. It was a great value.
