Clean Room

Overall a good experience. Good breakfast with hot food options. The bathtub had grime in it tho. It was also missing shampoo but someone brought some on request.

My bedroom towels and bedding was dirty had to call front desk to come and change it so I could sleep the night.i had planned on spending nights i check out the next day .terrible

Room was clean however the air conditioner was horribly loud like there was something wrong with it. We had to ask for toilet paper. Pillow smelled weird.

Trash was piled in the closet from previous guests and was not noticed when room was supposedly cleaned. Also hair on sheets of both beds. Will not return.

Seemed like there was still some modeling going on. My room is by the back door, which is very noisy.

The room was clean and the staff very helpful. Breakfast on Sunday was excellent but on Monday was dried out and cold when we went at 9 am. There also was a limited amount to choose from on Monday morning. The parking was very convenient; close to the entrance and nice sized parking spaces. We would stay there again.

Breakfast could be better. Wi-fi didn't work after many attempt.

Vending machine was broken. Other than that, my stay was uneventful.

Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean and nice. Beds comfortable. Pool was nice. I liked the coffee which was well stocked. I know there wasn't a hot tub advertised. I chose it anyways, but it would have been even more enjoyable if there was one.

This place was better than expected. Included hot breakfast as in scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, above the usual cereal & cold items. Neighboring area was a bit worn and appeared to be commercial. Right off the highway.

It was close to Road America race track. Upon arriving in the room Iound someone's underwear on the shower road, the body wash pump was broken and the air conditioner made terrible load vibration noise

The only thing was it was under renovation which I didn’t know about, over all good place room was clean and functional loved the cookies they had out each day , made me happy coming back and seeing them

The breakfast The leaking sink, hot tub that no longer exists but was advertised, dirty pool , dirty room , had a smell like they covered up smoking, drawers had salt or sugar and bits of chips in it, lamp shad appeared to have smoke tar, filter on the a/c unit was filthy, and the overwhelming presence of dryer sheets made it difficult to breathe.also room was advertised 2 beds and a recliner. No recliner....Yes I have photos

We stayed 2 nights for the Road America Motorcycle racing event. We stayed here last year as well. There was a boys soccer tournament that weekend also and there was a group that stayed at the hotel as well and very frustrating that they were not respectful to other guest and the hotel staff did nothing about them or the parents. They were running in the halls, screaming, knocking on all the doors. The breakfast area was hard to use and food was gone by 7:30 am. The hotel did have new carpet. So it was clean in that respect.

Management has changed so things seemed under construction. No access to fitness center as expected, unfortunately. Breakfast was good & stocked. Fairly quiet.

Parking lot is ample but a little rough looking. Landscaping could use some love to improve first impression. Lobby is fine but beware that any activity there (like a soccer team party) is easily heard in the first few rooms off the lobby, especially on the 2nd floor. Check in was smooth and staff pleasant. Room was reasonably clean and comfortable but blinds were broken, chair was splattered in paint and bedside lamp was missing a bulb and non-functional. Can’t report on pool or breakfast but they looked fine.
