Room was clean, comfortable bed but it was noisy. That explained why they had earplugs on the night stand.

My room had some issues. HVAC fan was noisy. The TV cable service they use had delays when changing channels. TV did really not function well. The lighting in the bathroom and the room was too bright. They need softer LED lighting. The lighting was blinding in the bathroom. Please bring back bar soap for the bathroom sink! The liquid handwash soap is mounted at least two feet away from the sink and is overly scented. Breakfast was lackluster. Upon check out I was not asked how my stay was. I expected better from a Holiday Inn, especially for the price.

Very comfortable room and nice hotel . My only complaint is about Expedia! It’s impossible to have a live conversation if you have to make an adjustment to the reservation. The only option is a AI chatbot or a Chat with an agent after working your way through the Chatbot . Better to book directly with Holiday Inn Express. Even then, I couldn’t talk directly to the Hotel and could only talk to the corporate customer service representatives. But at least I could have a real conversation with them.

I didn’t catch the woman’s name, but the lady working all weekend was incredibly helpful. She gave us great recommendations for things to see and do while visiting Sheboygan, and she was so kind and welcoming. The breakfast was really good, and the hotel was in a perfect location. We would definitely stay here again if we’re ever back in town!

I love the cleanliness of the property, the staff was friendly and very helpful, and the pool was warm and very clean. I really enjoyed the additional pool toys provided by the hotel. My kids were in heaven! The tile flooring in our room could've been cleaned a little better. It wasn't bad enough for me to really worry about, but it did feel dirty and a little sticky. The beds were like laying on trampolines, very bouncy.

It is always wonderful to be able to get coffee anytime of the day. The breakfast was complimentary, I appreciate that. Location is close to stores, restaurant, and highway. Pool was heated and we enjoyed a quick dip. I stayed in the one bed suite. It would have been convenient to have a sink, dishware, and a stove burner in the kitchenette.

A pleasant property and staff. Clean with a contemporary feel. I was looking for something for myself for one night for business in the area in the $120 range. Actually, all things considered, this may be the best option in the area at this price point.

Staff is friendly. It was quite. Riom was not what was described in reservation. In description the room has a 2 person hot tub. There is not a hot tub in the building let alone in ant rooms.

The room was very clean which made the stay super enjoyable. The staff that helped us check in were super friendly and nice which kicked off our relaxing stay. The breakfast food was prepared to our liking as there was a variety of food we could choose from! And the coffee was delicious!
