Inn On Woodlake

Everything was good. The front desk person Joan did not meet our expectations. She was bossy with no customer service and no smiles. She let us wait over 15 min to just check in and was super slow. Never apologized for the wait and we were her only guest at that time. Other than that the room and the amanitas were good.

Hampton Inn serves a better breakfast and this was a $500/night hotel. Everything was cold, eggs, hash browns, sausages, etc. "The Bar" was a small area with a small selection of beer and wine. Very little liquor. Website says has a hotel bar. Grossly exaggerated. False advertisement doesn't begin to describe this hotel. The room was nice if you didn't look too closely. Black long hairs on the bathroom floor, dust on the doors. Staff was not particularly friendly or helpful. Very disappointing for a Kohler property. Won't stay there again.

Great staff and breakfast

I have stayed at the Inn at Woodlake in the past and it was a little run down. It seems they've gone through a remodeling and everything was in perfect condition. Breakfast was terrific. And the staff was extremely helpful. Highly recommended!

The entire property was lovely, we had access to all amenities and there were shuttles that took us to all restaurants and the Sports core. Our room was clean and loved the bathroom! A very nice breakfast was included and coffee available all day. Happy hour offered a free beer or glass of wine and a full bar to purchase a drink. The staff was extremely helpful. They are expanding this property and it looks fantastic

Kohler and Sheboygan area are beautiful

Staff was outstanding, the grounds immaculate and my family had a great holiday weekend enjoying the amenities.

Great staff.

Property currently under construction, but still had an enjoyable stay and good night rest. Super comfortable beds with speakers above bed perfect for a night in to watch movie in bed, friendly service, very good breakfast included with room, and nice clean bathroom with Kohler fixtures, of course. Use of the shuttle service to the American Club was convenient.

The customer service was excellent. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Made our anniversary special. Thank you Nothing!

Had a lake view but it was blocked by construction equipment. There is a lot of construction taking place on the property.

The breakfast was delightful.

Love the sports center for work workout

Room is very nice and comfortable. The amenities that you can do are great like going to nice sports complex, yoga class and the spa. Will stay again!

Great amenities. Lots to do on property. Bikes, yoga, sauna, pool, gym and skiing

Great selection at breakfast, but very crowded and hard to find seating. Maybe earlier would have been better? But go during winter and visit the free Frozen Fairways.
