OYO Hotel Shelby MT Hwy 2 & I-15

The place is not maintained and is not clean. Creepy vibe to the place.

They should advertise a frig and microwave in room, bogfed in lobby

Location is very simple.

Clean room. Breakfast was limited. Staff pleasent.

Floors squeak and you can hear the person above you walk across their room. Rooms have vinyl flooring does not help to dampen the noise.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly. Didn't like the alarm on the door when it wasn't shut all the way. Went down to get ice and didn't realize it triggered an alarm. Ice machine didn't work well. Otherwise hotel was okay.

We came from NY, The many places we stayed were disgusting. Oyo was a welcome place so friendly, helpful and clean. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you for caring about how your hotel looks and making your guest feel welcome

Outlet next to bed didn’t work so plugged phone in bathroom area otherwise it was safe and clean.

The hotel is clean with spacious rooms and a comfortable stay. However, it is a bit far from Glacier National Park. Prices are significantly higher during peak tourist season.

The second stay wasn’t able to use ice bucket no liner had conditioner but no shampoo or body wash

After a long drive from our camp, I booked this place last second to have a bed and shower. The facilities were fine. I got there almost midnight and the gentleman at the front desk told me "their system is down but dont worry after a long drive I still want you to have a room. Just pay in the morning". At first, I thought it was a nice gesture and I paid in the morning as agreed. Few hours later I found out I was charged a no show. Ive called the hotel & customer service line a few times about this issue and they said they're still reviewing to determine whether I should be refunded my no show charge after being told the system is down and pay in the morning. If I could give negative stars I would. Beware, this establishment will try and scam you if given the chance. Absolutely not recommended. Stay somewhere honest

Ice maker wasn’t working the outside area badly needed some cleaning the sidewalks had to get ooff the bed to turn off lites by bed only 2 hard wooden chairs in room

The floor boards need fixed

Room for 4 with small table and 2 chairs. No breakfast.. again..room for 4 with 2 towels and I washcloth...both threadbare. Very disappointed

The bed sheets were not changed between guests and had stains. The room is relatively neat and clean, but the price is quite high. Hotels near Glacier National Park are ridiculously expensive during the summer peak season. It’s a bit far from the park’s St. Mary entrance

If ya just need a place to sleep for one night before hitting Glacier this place will save you some money. But don't expect much. Has a shabby, tired feel to the whole place. Very strong perfume type deodizer used which gave us both a headache. We slept then got up early. Coffee in the lobby was actually good. Lots of parking available.

Very basic hotel room was clean. Shower worked-ish Tv was new but only about 3-4 channels that worked. Saw no ice machine. Coffee in lobby mo drink machines etc. no elevator. Handrail going up steps was broke. Ac did work and overall was quiet with train tracks beside it

Tv did not work! Floor felt like it was going to cave in
