I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. From the moment I arrived, the property did not give the impression that it was being properly maintained or that guest comfort and cleanliness were a priority. There were **roaches in my room**, the bathroom was dirty and clearly had not been cleaned properly, and the overall condition of the room was unacceptable. I also encountered a **cat roaming freely through the hallway**, which was very concerning from a cleanliness and sanitation standpoint. The property itself appeared to have become a **permanent residence for transients rather than a properly maintained hotel for paying guests**. Nothing about the environment made me feel comfortable or safe staying there. Unfortunately, the gentleman working at the front desk was not helpful when these concerns were brought to his attention. There was little concern or urgency regarding the condition of the room. Based on what I experienced, I strongly believe this property needs to be inspected by the **local Health Department**. The presence of roaches, the unsanitary bathroom, and the overall condition of the property raise serious health and sanitation concerns. **Save your money and stay somewhere else.** This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.

Bed was very visibly soiled.

When I made the reservation through Booking.com -- It was for a smoking room. Which was a choice but when I got my room. It wasn't a smoking room. So, does the hotel actually have smoking rooms? If not, then Booking.com needs to change their website. That I didn't get the smoking room I requested. Also, when I got checked - in the luggage cart was not present. I checked every floor and told the front desk. They should have found it for me. Luckily I was on the first floor but I still had to make more than 3 trips to get my personal belongings to my room.

The options to choose smoking or non-smoking. The air-conditioning wasn't working during the hottest days of summer.

We couldn't locate the property. We used our navigation system and we still couldn't locate it!

The hotel smells so bad was roaches everywhere in our room. It was like a lot of roaches it felt like something was biting us on the bed. I don’t know if they got bedbugs or what, but it felt like someone was biting us mattress had a big hole in it we had to go by something like a sheet blanket thing to put over the hole so we wouldn’t fall through it. It was crazy crazy whatever y’all do do not stay there.

Room was very clean. Linens were clean and beds were comfy. For a quick overnight stay for $53 I have no complaints

The location was pretty good . The parking area is very well lit… During the day. What could’ve been better you ask?… Basically everything I mean I wasn’t going to write a review, but you asked. I can’t think of a single good thing to say other than most of the employees were very friendly. Other than that, it was not a pleasant place to stay. My non-smoking room had cigarette burns in the blankets. The door key had to be reprogrammed almost daily. The elevator and the halls were very dirty and smelled pretty bad. I can go on and on, but you get the idea.

My fiance was getting out of shower and the sink being too close to the shower had a broke jagged piece that cut his leg..no apologies and we had to go get our own towels nobody made up beds or cleaned room during our stay. Snack machine literally had nothing

It had real bad roaches n bed bugs front desk guy was very rude to us ill never stay there again couldn’t even bring our cloths n scared a bug would get into them

I stayed here for two nights solo, and overall the stay was okay. The staff were very friendly, but it didn’t look like my room was clean upon checking in at all. I’m not sure if the room hadn’t been used in a while, but it’s not something I’m used to seeing when checking into a hotel. It was pretty dusty, and the counter tops and bathroom didn’t look clean at all. The other residents were a little sketchy, so there were moments I found myself constantly looking out of the window to check on my car. Also, the beds aren’t comfy. I guess you get what you pay for, but I wouldn’t stay here again.
