Staff is friendly. They always try to give the same room when I stay there. Did not get maid service during my entire 5 day stay.

The room was horrible it had pee and poop on the bathroom door it was so dirty and the tv didn’t work people were in and out all hours of the night it was by far the worst stay

My friend and I had a wedding to attend on Sunday in Asbury NC. I had made a reservation for a non smoking room for one night $74.72. When we got there I got charged $114.00 on Sunday and another $30.00 the room smelled like Cigarettes. I have emphysema I do not need to be smelling that. We didnt have time to go ask for a different room. We had to get ready for the wedding. I am very disappointed and out about $60.00 plus dollars.

Expedia gave me a different rate from what they charged my credit card. Expedia told me to pay $267 and they charge my credit card $317. When I call to inquire about the difference the gentleman at the phone just told me that it was expedia problem and not theirs.

Expedia listed rates were not maintained. Expedia gave me a rate of $267 and they charge my credit card $317. When I asked them about the different the gentlemen just told me it was expedia problem. In addition on 7/13, I pay expedia for the room. The hotel made 4 $50 charges and they only reinburse me $150. I call them and I have not heard from them. In overall just be really careful and check your credit card to see what the hotel charges are. In overall, I will not think I will be using expedia any more and definitely stay away from that hotel.

Great staff, very helpful with accommodating our stay especially with me being disabled and on life support

No breakfast as advertised, no service for towels or trash in 3 days, and the windows were so dirty, the felt greasy to the touch and were difficult to see out of. Staff didn't speak English, Cops were at different rooms twice over the weekend .... Of all the Super 8s I've ever stayed in, hands down the worst.

Breakfast was lacking. Juice was hot. Only cereal and a protein bar were available. Breakfast had been much better on previous visits. No shampoo or hair dryer anymore.
