The staff was excellent! The room was clean but I could tell probably hadn't been used in recently since it had kind of a "stale" smell when I first got in. I noticed the A/C AUTO setting wasn't regulating

The gentleman that checked us in was very knowledgeable and great customer service. Hotel is in a very convenient area.

Pillows were amazing- meant to look at the brand before leaving. Bed was super comfy Our bathroom had previous customers hair all within the shower and the floor. Toilet had definitely not been cleaned prior to us checking in.

Pool was green so I might suggest your adding appropriate chemicals .... No complimentary free breakfast which was a disappointment ... Power outlet on the desk to power my computer was full with other appliances .... Elevator is quite slow .....

I liked the free parking and the beds were comfortable however things felt dusty and the whole room felt like it needed a deep cleaning. The first room I was given, had torn wallpaper and marks all over the wall. Every day every day.

Location We view three rooms because they were not properly cleaned. One room had what look like fecal matter on the bed. When we asked for clean linens; the front desk rep was nice to change them herself but mentioned that someone had popped all over the bed. There was no smell and outside of the bed issues; it was cleaner than the others. She did fuss because she said, she had had numerous complaint about dirty linens. That whole experience impacted my rest and even though we paid for breakfast; we didn’t feel comfortable after the the numerous reported issues.

Honestly never heard of the EVEN brand, but booked it because it was close to my meeting. Really liked it. Large room with a spacious desk area. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great shower. I don't normally use hotel gyms, but did get a 15 minute workout in the room. Nice touch. I will be on the lookout for more of this brand.
