I liked the fireplace, and walk out/ balcony. Thought tub would be bigger but was still nice.

The facility was great. The staff we interacted with were super. Food and bar are a great place to hang out. Was in Augsburg 1 - great room. However, I am not a fan of the rainfall shower heads and found it difficult to adjust the water temperature. But, that did not detract from the overall value of staying there. I would return again... Maybe some instructions on water temperature in the shower in Augsburg 1.

Everything No bottled water in the room refrigerator

Location! Beautiful town with everything we wanted to see in walking distance. Enjoyed the view, in-room fireplace, great food (appreciated the menu with common allergens identified!), and local holiday market. Cleanliness was sub-par. One robe had an unwashed coffee stain on it and there was a thick layer of dust under the bed. We had long wait at the front desk during both checkin and checkout.

Everything was great missed having the Brunch that used to be served. Carpet in the room was shredding

Food was delicious. It's in a beautiful area, and the Inn itself is lovely. We plan to go back.

Restaurant, room and staff Needs updated snack machines that took credit cards or dollar bills. Or carried drinks in gift shop.

Beautiful location, staff and restaurant were excellent. If there was one “negative”, it would be the last night we were there sounded like the adults brought 10 children w them who were screaming, jumping around, and slamming doors until well after midnight. Kind of took the romance part out of that night.

We had a great night! It was very relaxing. Large, comfortable and clean room. Loved the vibe of the brew pub and had a nice dinner in the Rathskeller. It would have been nice to have a water cooler in the reception area.

Resort location Staff not very friendly Food was not very goos

Location to other attractions Bed uncomfortable, couch cushions worn down to point of difficulty getting up and off the couch. Bathroom floor and shower floor extremely slick to walk on, even with bare feet. The floor was clean and shiny but the slickness was if housekeeping sprayed furniture polish on it to produce shine. Deadly if wearing socks. Front desk was told along with the toilet ball needs replacing. The toilet would not flush most of time.

Good breakfast The shower in the middle of the bath tub.

EVERYTHING!!! Room, dinner, setting, view. Cindy granted us an upgrade because when my husband booked the reservation on line, he stated that we would be celebrating our 41st Anniversary...and that is all he said. He made no special requests as far as our anniversary. The staff was gracious enough to have an anniversary card along with a small bottle of champagne and 2 glasses on the fireplace mantle waiting on us when we entered our room! Even our server in the restaurant said the owners were the nicest employers she has ever worked for! :=) If we could have stayed another night...or two!
-
very clean and comfortable room, fireplace and whirlpool tub were bonuses, had sparkling wine and fruit and cheese plate waiting in room, order meals in room which were excellent!! loved everything!
-
it was a cute place the bathroom tile was loose, bubbles on ceiling from tub leaking above, cleaning crew came in and started cleaning our room while we were at breakfast and had not checked out.
-
The TV and cable options in the room were very outdated. For the price you pay the rooms should have cable with HBO like every other hotel has!
-
The room was beautiful with an electric fireplace set into a Bavarian tile enclosure, full couch for watching TV, little outdoor porch (too small though), large bathroom with jacuzzi, comfortable beds, nice linen. The menu in the 'fine dining' room was exactly the same as in the casual dining room, and the same for lunch as for dinner, just different price. The 'fine dining' waiters appear to be college kids, in a hurry, with standard rehearsed offers and answers.

it’s just amazing. home away from home with extra luxuries! zero

Good breakfast and great meals all around. Beer and drink menu was excellent.
