Hampton Inn & Suites Shreveport/South

The room was clean and comfortable. The AC cooled the room in the summertime LA temps.

This hotel is very nice and tucked into part residential and part business depending on whether you get there from Youree or Bert Kouns. It is very conveniently located near great shopping and restaurants. The room was very spacious and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel and we'll definitely stay again if the need arises.

It was the most amazing beautiful room that I’ve ever stayed in and I have stayed in a lot because I traveled pipelining and this is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed

Breakfast was great

Easy to find. Clean. Close to stores. Safe location. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was yummy! Property was great - nothing to dislike.

Location Carpet was nasty . No choices for app wasn’t able watch prime or some other apps .

Hotel was clean and staff friendly. Walls seem pretty thin and doors close loudly, so there was a bit of noise. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

I did not check out breakfast. Water in pool was a little cool, love that it’s inside but water was a little to cool.

Location and value of room We were put in room near interstate and got all the road noise. Terrible night sleep

Everything was fine

Usually have a good stay at this hotel but for some reason the AC unit was on the struggle bus. Asked for someone to have a look at it and the maintenance staff came an had a look and did something to it and it helped a little, but I had bought a box fan after that first night. The third day my wife had a conversation with the manager at the front desk, and they swapped the entire unit, and the last night was fabulous.

I liked the staff. They were extremely friendly and helpful. I think the price is a little high.

I could barely wait to write my review. As usual Hampton Inn came through with excellent service. I needed a staycation and it was the perfect place. The entire staff was very helpful and courteous and made my stay very sweet. The breakfast was great to have as I only left once to go to work. The room was clean and everything was fully stacked for our use. There was not a shortage of anything at all. A few names that I can’t fail to mention are Youmika, Terry and the sweet little lady with the grey hair that works in the breakfast lodge. All of them went above and beyond to make sure that all was going perfectly well with my stay. Thank you so much for employing amazing people who truly care. After all their work ethic is a representation of themselves and the company. Thank you! Thank you!
