Absolutely nothing. I booked a non-refundable room, but upon arrival the room was in unsanitary condition. The pillows appeared dirty, the shower had mold, and the room did not appear properly cleaned. I arrived around 3 AM and had no realistic alternative accommodations, so I stayed out of necessity. I am requesting a refund or compensation because the room condition was not as reasonably expected.

Absolutely nothing is liked.. location was perfect everything else is false advertisement and pure laziness making money for absolute disgust.. Blood on bed and sheets. stained sheets over 20 cigarette holes in comforter for a non smoking room. Black mold all in bathroom.. no hot tub as advertised. No newly renivated anything as the outside sign states. dirty microwave and mirrors greasy door knobs . Cob webs in all corners sticky floor dirty floor boards.. urine in the cracks of the toilet seat. Holes in walls and ceiling stuffed with tissues.. tobacco between the sheet and mattress.. weed tobacco crumbs in the drawers.. bathroom ceiling fan supper loud and smells awlful.. finger prints on everything. From a person who has been homeless inlife befor many times this is a room I would rather sleep on a park bench again instead of here..

The toilet had feces on it, the inside was not clean, there were stains on towels. The sheets had crumbs in it so did not sleep inside. The soap would not lather on bars there was no where to put trash

Upon enterung the room, I could tell right away thr room was just straightened up not cleaned. The refrigerator still had food and a half empty water bottle in it. It also had crumbs stll 7n the door too. The jetted tub had particles on the bottom of the tub. The tile had durty shoe prints aroud it. Clothes drawers were dirty. I asked for a partial refund due to only being in the room for 4 hours and was told no. Even with the complaint of the conditions of the room. Motels location looked very seedy and qhen first entering room we smelled the odor of marijuana. Would not recommend to anyone.

The room had a very bad smell the comforter had bloodstains on it the seats were stained bathroom had mildew I went to the front desk to try to get my money back no refund I told the clerk it's unsanitary never stay there again
