Las sábanas estaban manchadas,el piso sucio,los socalos d los cuartos y los baños sucios,me tuve q cambiar d habitación 3 veces,porque había una puerta del baño sin cerradura,la fornitura estaba en mal estado y las personas q estaban en los otros cuartos viven ahi con perros y gatos,cuando las mascotas no estan permitidas ni fumar y las personas era lo mas q hacian fumar cigarrillo y marihuana..,las escaleras estaban asquerosas con peste a orines,no nos trajeron otras toallas,llamamos para q nos trajeran toallas limpias y dijeron q no tenian,lavaron las q teníamos y no las trajeron porque las sacamos del cuarto,no nos cambiaron las sábanas tampoco. Yo no vuelvo mas ahí. Tambn me cobraron un día extra sin mi aprobación y nos dijeron q no era reembolsable y nos tuvimos q quedar otro día mas. La basura la tuvimos q botar nosotros, pq tampoco venía hacer housekeeping. Las personas estaban tomando bebidas alcohólicas y fumando en la piscina cuando no es permitido y no había salvavidas. Los pasillos estaban sucios y los aires en mal estado.

No working water in the room had to get another one. The location needs upkeeping as it looks like the place is abandoned.

My family and I arrived at this hotel at 1am and our experience was extremely disappointing. The room was disgusting the floors were filthy, there were dead bugs throughout the room, and the smell was horrible. The blanket also appeared dirty, very unsanitary. On top of that, the air conditioner was not working properly and sounded like a tractor when running. We checked out of the room by 8am the same morning because we simply could not stay any longer. We were relieved to be in and out as quickly as possible, and I would not recommend staying here.

No bath towels stayed 2 nights didn't come in and even make the bed so many dogs barking thought it was an animal shelter not close to the pictures online never sgain

The whole place was awful. Broke down vehicles to the drugged out people outside the rooms

When we left. Lol Well for starters the crack pipe made oh a coke can laying against the wall that my toddler could have picked up. How nasty the floor was. I had to keep shoes on every one's feet because the floor turned everything black. Having the ppl living there stand there and watch us unload like we where a side show attraction. We did not feel safe at all. I was on vacation but felt like I was homeless again. Do not take your kids there. Oh and I'm pretty sure I may have accidentally stopped a theft from happening. Oh and the room was very dark.

Nothing, it was so dirty and disgusting. Seems like a place where local drug addicts stay rather than people coming into town for the springs It was filthy, felt unsafe, not okay for families

Nothing won't stay again. Room was dirty. Door was scratched to hell by what appears to be a dog. Battery's were out of smoke alarm. Night stand has a busted let. TV remote had huge burn across the remote. No cig made thay burn.
