the rooms were clean and well maintained. it seems to have had some recent updates, while other areas haven't been, but for the price, it's right on point. The breakfast was great and had lots of options and had real hot food!
-
The staff was kind and welcoming. Breakfast staff was super sweet and so hopeful. The options were great but I wish they had sausage instead of just bacon. And a few other kid friendly cereal options. It was goood quality and yummy though. They didnt have towels in the pool area, and then they did on day 2 but there was only like 5 and then several dirty ones all over the area. Hot tub was nice and relaxing. We love this hotel and will Definitely return! Its local to us but being on the water , the fire out back and pool makes a great staycation spot for locals who just wanna get away for the weekend. It was kid friendly enough nobody yelled at us about my 3yo stomping around (we were still parenting and making sure she wasnt being loud past average sleep times) but a first I was nervous we were going to have alot of complaints ... it was great!

This property is showing its age. Desk with no lighting. Old furniture. No A/C meant leaving the slider open, too noisy with slider open. Cold shower, very little hot water.
-
Ace was out in all rooms but the front desk and lobby had plenty of cooling.

Very beautiful place

Everything about my stay was very enjoyable. I loved the fact that you had a microwave AND a fridge in the room. I also like the fact that the shower, water pressure, draining of the water all worked well. All these things are usual pet peeves of mine when I travel, and yours really hit the mark

Good.
-
The atmosphere, the beach access and the coffee bar. Dirty grout and dim bathroom lighting.

Well, checking in I was informed there was no AC and no restaurant. I did make a slight complaint that I was paying $200 a night. I was then kicked off the property. The manager told me I could not stay there because I was rude and was told to leave
-
Rooms would be good but the AC on the 2-4th floors was out. They did provide a fan and window could open but it wasn’t as restful. Then the next day our room key just stopped working. We had to go and have the them reissue us a key to get back into our room. At checkout we were given someone else’s receipt. All in all it could’ve been a fine place to stay but the maintenance and the chaos with staff made one thing after another that I wouldn’t stay there again.

Every time we saw the breakfast staff they were working hard to help patrons, clean up, or restock items. How's that sound okay The day of our stay we were notified that the hotel was under renovation. We were informed the dining room and the lounge were closed. We weren't planning to use those facilities so this was not a problem for us, but still thought it was awful late to be told. Then as we were checking in we were told that there was no air conditioner in our room. They said they would put us in a room that had a balcony so we could open the door for fresh air. When we got to our room, yes it had a door that went to the parking lot on the ground level. We did not feel comfortable leaving the door wide open as there was no screen to prevent creatures from entering the room. All three of us were very uncomfortable all night.

Nobody's listened. Please stay away from Best Western

Sold us a room knowing the jetted tub didn’t work, the fridge didn’t work, and the fireplace. Save your time and go w a bare boned room
-
Pool was also out of order abd the rooms were old and dirty. We were there 2 nights and the total cost was 650 dollars. It was BULLSHIT and WILL contact corporate.
-
Good easy location AC and wifi were broken
-
My kids absolutely love staying there because of the pool. It’s a great feature.
