Clean rooms, staff were nice. Great place to stay.

There were multiple open entrances which meant that anyone could come into the property area. This felt a little less secure than we would have liked. Having said this, the area was quiet and there were no issues during our stay.

Our room had a noisy air conditioner that made it hard to sleep. The cleaning staff came early and I asked them to come back and clean but they never did.

This is a true resort hotel with amazing rock landscape, luxurious pool and spa, sparkling rooms and fantastic breakfast!

The room could have been cleaner, not enough drawers for clothing, no hangars, overwhelming smell and breakfast should end later.

Just one night but it was a great choice! Easy check in, clean and comfortable room, and fantastic breakfast!

The check in process was easy but we were given a room on the second floor and there was no elevator. After a long day traveling, having to hike up the stairs with our luggage was miserable. Thankfully the desk clerk saw us struggling and came to our aid. Otherwise, the stay was great.

Great hotel with a free breakfast

Good location in Simi Valley. Breakfast was so/so. Hotel has no elevator to 2nd floor so if you have a bad back with heavy luggage or elderly make sure you book and confirm a room on the first floor. When our room was made up yesterday when we got into bed we noticed dried blood on the sheets. We were very tired and could have called housekeeping but opted to sleep.

Facility is nice, clean great locations The beds are terrible. Very uncomfortable. When the door to rooms close they make a lot of noise. especially in the morning.

Nice location for what I came for, to visit my parents. Clean, lovely pool, perfect temperature. Rooms were well taken care of by the cleaning staff. Difficult to communicate with cleaning staff because none of them knew English and I was horrible with my Spanish. The breakfast was disappointing and was very minimal in choices, no yogurt or oatmeal or bananas, my go to. The dry cereal was hidden behind the counter and I didn't know I needed to find that and ask for it, until I saw someone else with a bowl of cereal. Eggs were tasteless. I think with what they charge for a room each night, they could have done a bit better with options.
