I'm a 76 year old woman. After checking in, I placed our luggage on a rolling cart. No assistance from staff was offered. Another guest was offended by this and took the rolling cart and took me to my room. At breakfast we weren't told we'd have to pay. We ordered breakfast and I checked my Expedia reservation- breakfast was included. I spoke to the hotel reception and she spoke to the cafe worker who refunded the charge tho it took 5 days to show on my credit card.

Housekeeping didn’t even make second bed. Coffee bar should stay open longer

Staff were friendly & explained amenities. Hotel/room was clean & decor inviting. Breakfast/coffee bar friendly staff and efficient. No issues. n/a

Room was clean. The staff was very nice and cordial. Check in was smooth and didn’t take long. Check out was awesome. Plenty of parking. Good location close to services. Assumed that breakfast was included but it wasn’t. Thought Wi-Fi was included but it wasn’t.

Everything was good no complains

Bathroom kept gurgling all night and was emmiting a foul smell! Was only there for one night so dealt with it.

Parking was easy and staff was outstanding with great customer service skills.

When we checked in, we were advised that cleaning service is every other day. We appreciated the notice, especially with two little kids that contribute to more of the mess, but we were disappointed that no one came to clean our room during our entire stay. We checked in on Tuesday afternoon and left Saturday morning. We contacted the front desk Thursday evening when we realized no one came to clean our room that day, and we weren’t given any real explanation. We specifically requested that somebody come clean the room on Friday, and although we were told someone would clean it, nobody came. We did appreciate that they brought extra towels when we requested them, and we also really appreciated that the pack and play was already in the room when we checked in.

It’s unfortunate that there is a smoking area adjacent to the hot tub and that breakfast nor a coffee/tea station are included.

Central location, great bed Seems a bit dated. Sliding door not functioning. Very noisy outside.

We love everything

The internet connection didn’t work well in my room, so I had no access to streaming services. I was never able to get the heating to work properly, either. The coffee in the lobby was very good

Clean room nice staff

Although my room was paid for months in advance. I paid for a King bed room and arrived at 6pm to check in. Yet, I was told upon arrival that the only two rooms available was a 2 queen bed room or an accessible room without a tub. This was not compensated or adjusted to the prize I had already paid for.

A comfortable and clean room, the bed was very comfortable too.
