Days Inn by Wyndham Sioux Falls Airport

Staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. Facility not luxurious but nice. Room smelled musty at first, but a few minutes with the fan on took care of that. Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. Good variety of choices for breakfast

Room and dining area was clean. beds were comfortable

Basic motel feel. Clean rooms and good breakfast. Fine for a quick overnight while heading West.

Paid $150 deposit for “incidental” charges, (which is common in the hotel industry) should they occur. We did not incur such charges, and have not been reimbursed.

Power went out preventing hot breakfast. Staff sat scrolling on phone rather than trying to help guests. Could have set out things that didn't require cooking.

Clean room

It was okay. Needs to be updated and could have been a little cleaner.

The room and beds were nice but the hallways and bathroom showed their age.

The shower in the room was a little leaky and the overall cleanliness was subpar. I will not be staying here again.

Bed was comfortable, shower was good. Furniture was dirty, crowded to many things in room.

Clean room/. terribe/no breakfast. Was down for 7, there was 2 pieces of bread and a bagel.

Easy access from freeway. Easy, friendly reception. Mediocre breakfast.

AC kept turning off, no coffee filters in room and tv didn't work

This is a terrible hotel. When we first walked into the room, it smelled musty, smokey and moldy. We then later found out the show drain did not work so the water was spilling onto the bathroom floor. The toilet didn’t flush and ran constantly. There was not security lock on our door and the air would not stay on unless you unplugged it and plugged it back in every 15 minutes. The pillow cases were so dirty. I didn’t see any bed bugs thank goodness. When we told the manager our issues, he said he couldn’t do anything about it and to contact Expedia. We ended up checking out a day earlier because we couldn’t take it anymore. We had to spend even more money buying a hotel room for our last night. This is not right and I want a full refund.

Comfy bed They allowed people to play loud music with a strong base beat until after 11 PM. Couldn't sleep even with pillow overhead. Shower/toilet room was so tiny could barely use the bathroom.

It is very close to the interstate which had made getting around to our locations easily. Gas stations nearby with food options, pillows were extremely comfortable and was a place to sleep, rooms were close together like requested and close to the main lobby. To be completely transparent, I do not enjoy having to fill surveys out, nor do I normally.I do feel compelled for the visit. Boths Rooms were not clean, an attempt was made to partially clean them; however, bed sheets had black marking and stains, but were freshley made. Black hair underneath the comforter/duvet cover. We do not have black hair. Mold in the air conditioning unit outlet that did not work well,large cob webs in corner of room, extremely noisy refrigerator, hair and what im worried were boogers on the frame of the bathroom trim,room was simply just dirty, we felt that we were so tired we would just have to deal with it. Complimentary breakfast was EXTREMELY minimal even at 815am compared to most other hotels. I get that its free and included but......more than sausage links and a messy waffle maker would be appreciated. Unfortunately this will be our last stay at this location for our annual trip as I do feel like other hotels will provide us with a clean comfortable room instead of just a room to stay in. I should have taken pictured but we had just decided to clean what we could with our own materials and ignore the problems as we had traveled a long way and had a decent experience the year prior. I understand this is not a luxury hotel, we had just expected a clean comfortable place to stay.

It was very run down and had a weird smell to it. Not just in our room, but in the main areas as well. I don't know how this hotel has a higher score.

Small detail but no coffee pods for in room coffee maker. Would like hbo or more movie channels on tv. Fine hotel for the money

Stained towels and comforters were enough to make sure I never return. Hotel room windows did not lock and had a torn screen on the first floor room we stayed in. Workout room was nice and breakfast was ok
