AeroStay Hotel

The only issue I have is there is a five dollar and some change charge on my card after I checked out. I am looking into what this is for because we checked in around 10:30 pm and caught a flight the next morning at 6:00 am. The convenience of being right next to the airplane terminal was great.

Perfect for early morning flights. Also, the only hotel I’ve been to that starts breakfast at 3am…which was perfect since our flight left at 5 am.

There’s also no parking. As we weren’t flying and left the next day, we had a $25 parking fee we weren’t expecting. Wouldn’t stay again.

No real breakfast

It’s starting to show its age, but was clean and quiet. You can’t beat the location if you have an early morning flight. Front desk staff was excellent!

They had a light breakfast ready at seak even for the earliest flights.

Great location for early morning flights. Lock on the door was stiff and difficult. Shower had a leak, there was a plastic bag under a garbage can next to the shower. After showering water was pooling on the plastic bag. So they know of the issue. One of the lights near the bed did not work. Very clean, safe. Room was a bit small.

Upgrade your room to a king room. King rooms are large. Queen rooms are tiny. I mean really small. Woman at front desk was super helpful. Breakfast leaves something to be desired. King bed room is excellent!!

We got the eco efficient room, I was amazed how much space there actually was & same with the bathroom. Also, amazed we couldn't hear the planes take off or land & we were on the 4th floor.

Room was clean. Bed very comfortable. A small room but comfortable and well organized. Nice shower. Check in staff neglected to tell us that we had to park in the airport’s long term parking and when we returned later that evening we discovered it and that we had to pay for the long term parking. Staff said it’s in the fine print somewhere so we should have noticed it. And then there were some additional fees added on even though we thought the room was totally paid for. So my advise is to read the offer on Expedia carefully. We ended up paying an additional $20-25. Could have stayed at a motel closer to our event for just a little more. Breakfast was grab and go so you can figure out that one. Coffee was very good. Overall, comfortable room, probably more disappointed with Expedia than the motel. When I want to book a room, I want the info up front and stated factually. And when it’s paid, it’s paid, no additional charges.Would I stay here again? Probably only if I need a room before a flight. Otherwise probably not. And I think I’ll use a different booking site.

Super convenient to the airport. Very quiet - we never heard a plane take off or land. However, be prepared to pay a "resort fee". When I asked what it was for as there was no pool, hot tub or warm breakfast, the worker said it was for the wifi and continental breakfast food. He said they charge it as a "airport fee" on their end. Seemed a little dishonest to me but I was too tired to argue. Also be prepared to pay for parking per night ($12) in the short term parking lot across the way. Staff was not very attentive - they were more interested in being on their phone instead of connecting with guests.

Parking. Aerostay could pay for parking during the hotel reservation timeframe. For example if a guest reserved a room for one evening aerostay could validate the parking fee from check-in through checkout of the reservation. Many, many hotels and motels across America comp parking in public and private approved lots for guests. It is not difficult Aerostay. Biggest downfall to a motel or hotel to not provide parking. I guarantee guests would rather have free parking during their stay rather than a bagel, orange, instant oatmeal and a cheap cup of coffee. Comp the parking!

When we checked in late at night for an early morning flight the attendant informed us that have continental breakfast starting at 3 am, however next morning we found out they don’t as their breakfast room is under construction. It’s just the fact maybe night attendants don’t know??

We really enjoyed this room and the hotel in general. Their grab and go breakfast starts at 3am which is great for early flights. This hotel doesn't have their own parking area so you must may $12 to use the airport parking.

Staff were very professional and the room was great for our purposes however it wasn’t very clean. If the room had been properly cleaned I would have rated it at 5 stars.

So convenient for an early morning flight!
